"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

You hope you can trust them to have restored the integrity of your home when they are finished. Sun Home Improvement provided quality replacements windows that were a huge improvement. But what really impressed me was how the company stood behind their product and services. Had two problems. A window had been broken in shipment. It happens. They contacted me and said they had already ordered a replacement to install as soon as it arrives. Second problem was the patio door had a flaw in the glass that was not easy to see but cracked several weeks after installation. I sent them a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement door and installed it with no hassle. Problems happen. What you want is a company that makes it right when problems come up. "We had an issue with sliding glass doors in our sunroom. They were sticking on the tracks, some of the rollers were bad and one of the doors could barely open or close at all. The problem was that these are old, custom size doors. Other companies had come out to bid and decided it was too complex to fix and tried to sell us new doors. I knew that they could be fixed- I just hadn’t found the right company yet. That is when I contacted S&T Lock N Key. Sam came out, diagnosed the problem and came back within a day or so to fix everything. The job was more difficult than he predicted and took him a lot longer. But when it came time to pay him, he did not jack up his quote, he said “a deal is a deal “ and just asked for the original bid. That is integrity. Excellent skills, great work ethic and honesty like this don’t happen every day. I would recommend him highly and hire him again in a minute. Five stars plus!"

Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I called on January 8 and scheduled the work for January 13.  Arrival time was between 8:00-8:30 am, and the electrician knocked on my door at 8:05 am.  He installed the fans, cleaned up, took the old fans and boxes to my garage for later garbage pickup, and made sure I saw how everything worked.  Then he removed the cable in about 10 minutes.  I was very satisfied with the work and the professionalism.  I called three other places, and the price quoted by My Handyman was about the same as the others.  I used this company about a year ago for something other than electrical work, and I would use them again.
