"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

But what really impressed me was how the company stood behind their product and services. Had two problems. A window had been broken in shipment. It happens. They contacted me and said they had already ordered a replacement to install as soon as it arrives. Second problem was the patio door had a flaw in the glass that was not easy to see but cracked several weeks after installation. I sent them a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement door and installed it with no hassle. Problems happen. What you want is a company that makes it right when problems come up. Sun Home Improvement is a stand up company that stands behind their work."

"Initially we were not notified ahead of time of the arrival of the materials. They arrived early and banged on the door, my wife had to answer the door in her robe. After that things went pretty smoothly. The crew showed up promptly and got right to work. There was not much communication with the crew, since they didnâ t speak English much. The forman did speak English and that was fine; however, a change in the flashing appearance on our front porch roof could have been better communicated as to why it was changed, and the benefit of the change.
