"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. "The response time from the first inquiry was excellent. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, professional , friendly and knew exactly what I needed and wanted done on my gas fireplace. He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned.
