Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here.

It went great, have used them for the second time, no complaints. I highly recommend them.

Everything from the start with wallside was a disaster,,They forged our signature on final paperwork,,Made promises about crediting our acct because of all the issues & delayed appts which never happened..Will never refer or use this co.again..We have proof & copies & photos of EVERYTHING!!(recorded phone conversations as well,) Not a great idea to go with Wallside Window irreguardless of their sales or offers... You've been warned...JS Every review posted is ONLY good ones.This is hilarious to us...

They were very professional and did good. They came in and cleaned up, They installed the windows and clean up after everything

My frustration could not be any greater at this point. We ordered windows in January, they arrived in June, but without screens. Then they brought screens weeks later but most of those did not fit, despite the fact that the windows had now been measured TWiCE. And each time they come it requires taking a day off work. Can you imagine having no screens in the summer?! And it gets worse. They came again today, they only had 3 screens, and NONE OF THEM FIT, AGAIN. It is now Sept. the entire summer has passed with no screens. I will NEVER buy windows from them again with this kind of customer service.

The team came on July 22, 2021 to install all new windows in our Port Huron home. The windows were purchased in March, 2021. The WW agent, who sold us the windows in March, spoke of an area that would need a wood molding installed, and that we would need to purchase this, and stain it. The WW team would install it. When the second WW agent came a few weeks later, he told me that no molding would be needed, that no action on our part was needed. We were good to go. I was wrong to believe him, but he was supposed to know what he was doing. Immediately after the windows were installed in July, I inspected everything. Every window, with one exception, has a space, between the window and the frame on the bottom edge, filled with caulk and painted a dark brown. This is on the inside, not the outside of the house. The brown does not even closely match the color of our windows inside. It looks terrible, sticks out like a sore thumb, and is very unprofessional. No one every spoke to me about caulking or ever asked us about the space to fill. Many window frames are badly scratched on the inside as a result of careless installation. Many windows do not easily go up and down, or easily open out and back in. I discovered that the crew had incorrectly installed finishing wood strips on either side of the windows. As a result, most of the windows are too tight to work properly. For this same reason, one window is very loose when you open it towards you. It is not properly finished. One window is a bathroom has a top sash that is different from all the other windows in our home. WW tells me that this is no doubt because the window was broken and had to be replaced by them. Many latches for locking and unlocking the windows are crooked and misaligned. So, 2-3 days after the installation, I contacted WW with these issues. They came out to inspect over three weeks later. It has been a week since they came. Still no word from WW as to the solution. Hmmmm. I like the windows, but bad installation. I'm awaiting satisfaction.

Do not use this company. Wallside breached the contract. They never pulled the permit or ordered the windows for the original install date. This delayed my project costing me two months of rental income . In lieu of their mistake they first offered me $300 off of the contract but later agreed to be fair to add free of charge an additional four windows to the contract. David Malseed, one of the sales managers later changed this agreement to two windows which he believed was a “very generous offer.” This business does not operate on any values. They have a take it or leave it attitude despite the harm they cause you.

The installation crew had an inexperienced person who installed a window improperly. There was a big rain and the window leaked causing damage to my family room ceiling. The supervisor insisted it was not the window that caused the damage but immediately wanted to fix the window. He refused to pay for the damage even though the building inspector said the window was at fault. After much arguing and threatening I did receive a check for damages. I would not deal with this company again. Pay a little bit more because you get what you pay for.

I called to schedule an appointment to have them look at replacing windows in my home. They called after I scheduled the appointment to refuse to come out. They claim that the neighborhood I live in will not allow Vinyl windows. When in fact, historic commission rules say that only the front of the home can't be altered. Instead of asking me where the windows were located in the home, instead of getting clarification, instead of knowing the rules, they just unilaterally decided that they would not provide me a quote. because of what I believe to be a racially and socioeconomically motivated decision, I will never again call Wallside for anything, will not mention them in a good way - forever, I will rally against them.

It went perfect! Ray and his team was fantastic. Everyone was exceptional in what they had to do and I asked as many questions as I wanted and none was too many. Ray and his team did a excellent job on quality of work, professionalism and clean-up. I feel like I'm in a brand new home!!. (very happy) Neighbors can't stop complimenting on my home. I am so, so,so pleased I called Wallside. I recommend Wallside to anyone who needs new window. I made the right choice when I called Wallside. Very Very Pleased! Their work is awesome and beautiful as ever. Wallside, you're the best.

I wanted to change 5 more small windiws 48" and their quote was $5000.00 ignorance is what I experienced .the take it or leave it attitude.

The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame.

Wallside folks are professional, efficient, and customer-service oriented, They replaced the 50+ windows in our house in one day with a crew of 13. Very impressed.

Everything went very well. They performed the work in about 8 hours and cleaned up completely. The windows perform very smoothly with little effort up and down. The installation was done very professionally including enlarging one window opening. They protected the flooring and seemed to care about doing a good job.

I've never dealt with a better company, they were responsive and prompt, does a great work and if you need a service they come out quick and does the job well

We replaced 11 original windows in a 110 yr old home. Called and salesman came out and did an excellent job of explaining what they do and cost. No high pressure sales. Two weeks later a second individual measured the windows a second time. Took about 90 days to make the windows. Installers came and installed all the windows in four hours. Did a fantastic job. We were originally concerned the windows would looks like modern windows on a 110yr old home. No need for concern. Windows matched the original oak trim and look like they we always there. Had two 90+ degree days after the windows were in and can already see the difference. Would recommend

We replaced our windows 15+ years ago. We chose Wallside and I am glad that we did. Most of our windows had small issues from over the many years of usage. I literally was going to rehire Wallside to replace a few of the windows that needed most attention. However, they came out and said that our windows had a lifetime warranty and that they would either be repaired or replaced. And that is what happened. I am so grateful for this company. The gentleman who repaired and replaced the windows that needed attention was quick, thorough, and precise. I feel so much better going into the fall and winter. Thanks Wallside!

The company and the service was great. The only issue was with one of the crews they subcontracted to do the actual installation. The caulking was done very sloppily and would affect the painting that was going to be done next. The caulking had to be almost completely re-done, but I am satisfied with the final results.

We were very pleased with the windows and the installation done by Wallside Windows. They arrived when they said they would and the crew was very organized. Each person knew exactly what they were supposed to do and worked well as a team. They showed great care in covering the floors to avoid tracking. They removed the old windows, prepared openings for the new windows & installed them. They cleaned up very well when the job was completed. They showed us how to clean the windows and explained the security feature for leaving the windows open a little. During the first rainstorm I was impressed that there were no drafts and great seals on the windows. No wind, bugs or dirt were blowing in through seams or cracks like we had with the old windows. We would recommend Wallside Windows with no hesitation to anyone planning on replacing their windows.

We had a appointment scheduled for 4/25 that was rescheduled to Saturday 4/28 1 PM. The older gentleman that showed up wrote nothing down. We wrote down what we remember of the quote which appears to be high after some investigation. We wanted to send our summary of the quote to our sales rep with some modifications only to find we have no email address. Our quote 3 master bath room windows. 1 slider temp class, 1 double casement temp class, 1 have circle - $3000! $1000 per window! 1 master bed room slider 1 bath room casement temp class 2 front bed room double casement 1 back bed slider 1 lower office double casement 2 kitchen slider 1 laundry room slider 1 door wall -$1633 15 windows and 1 door wall – $10,705

The service was great, on time and very professional. We did have a few issues, but I called Wallside after installation and they took care of the issues immediately. I would definitely recommend Wallside Windows to anyone needing new windows.
