Responses to my phone calls were quick and helpful. I was kept informed about the status of my project. The project (re-roofing a garage) was done very much to my satisfaction. My only concern is that the refinancing interest rate (after one year) is 24%, retrograde. Pretty steep. Overall, thanks for the job well done.

Everyone was so friendly, they gave me a fair price. They did not over sell their products or overwhelm me with products. They work hard and fast and cleaned up everything once they were finished. I will definitely use them in the future for other home projects.

The installation was done quickly. Installers were friendly and polite, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after installation of the windows.

Hired for a leak in the roof. Fast response. The salesperson there the next day and did the roof inspection. Got a 30-minute presentation on the company and philosophy before the proposal for a new gutter system. Subcontractor used - did a fast job but some materials (metal trimmings, gutter nails left on the ground from the demo. Had to follow up a few times with them to get the job scheduled and final invoice.

For me to give 5 stars means that I was 'blown away' by the quality of the experience. Integrity roofing got REALLY close. Integrity has WAY surpassed my expectations and I will seriously and immediately recommend their service to others !

They actually showed up did the job, cleaned up, they were the only company who cared to call me back out of all of the ones i matched with thru Home Advisor.

Replaced a skylight in the bathroom. Actually increased the amount of light coming in because they recognized that a different setup would be better than the existing one. Completely cleaned up the site when done.
