I needed help with a hole in my garage roof. Not only was it not a hole, but the guy showed me photos of the actual spot. I didn't need to have repairs, and he didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need.

We had our roof completed by Victors. the initial visit with them was good. They were polite initially. They didn't clean the yard from the debris until we called them out to clean the job. I will give them a pass on that as it was very snowy that day. They said we'd get regular updates with photos of the progress from a manager. She showed up in the beginning of the project and didn't show the remainder of the time. While they were installing the roof my husband noticed the nails in all the ceiling of my upper floor were popping out. We had drywall falling from those areas. He went out and found the only guy who spoke English and he said he thought the insulation company might be responsible. After multiple calls to get a hold of victors manager. He refused to pay for the damage to my ceilings. Refused to take responsibility. THATS NOT INTEGRETY! In what world does a hired company come and damage property and not take responsibility???? I work in manufacturing and things happen. I've never had a supplier who was responsible for damage caused not pay for it. I'm completely appalled at the rudeness from this manager and they are still insisting on not paying for the damage. They insist that they didn't cause it even though it wasn't there before they started and it was there after. Not to mention my husband seeing it happen during the process. But they didn't do it? Victors as you see in other reviews are more expensive and I was ok with that to not have to deal with the exact situation I'm going through now. I should have went with a cheaper company. After talking to a few they have all said this should not have happened and would have payed for the damage. I guess its time to call a lawyer!

With a 50 year warranty can't be beat

Short of a few nails and staples found on the ground by where the dumpster was, they did an amazing job. They were quick, very efficient, and accommodated our needs very well. I was impressed with their professionalism and transparency in explaining the entire process. From the gentleman who did the initial inspection, the concierge, to the crew that came out, they were all amazing! I would have no issues referring them to my friends and family.,

Very, very expensive. I should have pushed to get more quotes. After I got my job done I found out similar jobs were about $10,000 cheaper.

The job was completed yesterday so we cannot tell yet how our new roof will withstand the weather. However we can say how everybody behaved in a very professional way. From Joe Ashe who came for a comprehensive inspection, to Amanda and to the crew headed by Omar who actually did the work. Everybody was knowledgeable and respectful. It didnâ t take long to put us on the schedule and the crew, working very hard, completed the job in one day. Our new roof looks beautiful and it looks like the job was top notch. Weâ re very pleased and feel we can recommend this company.

Workers who actually did the work did not speak English

They did a comprehensive inspection of the old roof externally and internally, pointing out all the problem areas, something the other contractors I tried did not do as thoroughly (attic is not completely open). The roof was completed in a day and no debris was left behind.

Zach Geragosian came out to give us a roof inspection following a storm. He was punctual, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. We have had our Victor's roof since 2019 and we are very happy customers.

Brett Westenberg was really helpful and knowledgeable! He answered all our questions and displayed Victor's quality and professionalism. We will definitely recommend!

The job was done with great coordination. Everything was completed just as I was told. My large roof was completed in one day, a Friday. They cleaned everything up that night, picked up the dumpster early Monday morning. My neighbors were all impressed with the job they did. (A neighbor across the street had roofing supplies delivered by another roofer on the same day. They are still sitting in his yard!!) I would recommend Victors Home Solutions to my friends.

The working team really does not seem to know what they are doing. They work fast but only do what they are told. They do not know about skylights.

Victors was great! They came out and spent time inspecting the roof and attic and explained everything they recommended needed fixing. You may expect this from anyone quoting a roof job but we had other comapnies show up and not even go up in the attic. Price was competitive. The job was done well and completed within a day with no mess.

Smooth process. No hiccups. Great product and great cleanup. Would recommend Victor to anyone
