I would highly recommend power, for home remodeling! From start to finish, every sales person ,all construction workers where very kind,professional! The door replacement crew did a very good job, the roof crews worked in the 35 degree cold weather from 6:30am until dark ! Came back the following morning to complete and clean up work zone ! Myself and wife are very pleased with all the remodeling work especially the vent roofing ! It got neighbors attention because of the quality look of the roof ! ? Thank you power and all your staff! They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever.

Something heavy dropped on the roof and damaged the door in the garage to my backyard. They did repair the ceiling in the garage that was damaged. I am still picking up nails a month later. Roof looks great tho.

Customer service was excellent and roof so far looks great. My only negative comment is that when they finished the job it was dark and so I am finding stuff in the yard that should have been cleaned up. The project manager requested the crew come back to do that and I dont think they ever did based on what I am finding - roofing materials, wood, nails.

Still do not have a receipt for the money we spent. Warranty clearly states that proof of install is required. Have called to request a call back and have not heard from anyone. That was nine days ago. They were professional up until the time the project was done and they were paid. Now we can not get a call back to have questions answered. Crew left behind materials in the yard that were not used without asking whether or not we wanted them. Had to lug them into the garage and now do not know what to do with them. I would have gladly given them to the crew or said that I did not want them left here.

We had a lot of work done, roofing, trim, gutters, and insulation. Once they get you to sign the paperwork hard to get ahold of anyone to come out and talk to you. We would have done somethings differently knowing what we know now.

Staff is very easy to work with and scheduling was perfectly orchestrated. They were honest about our roof and while we didn't HAVE to get one now it would need to be done in 2-3 yrs. but our gutters were 2" undersized which would explain why we had so many clogs and overflow. We decided to do all of it at one time and now never have to deal with it again. It would have been perfect if gutter guards were an option.

No one "likes" spending a lot of money on things that aren't fun. Like a roof, gutters, siding. But my experience with Power is based on how each contact person, sales, follow ups and inspectors treated me with patience, kindness and professional courtesy. No hard sale techniques, listened to my needs and understood my limitations. Each crew came in and did a great job. I know it's very hard work and I am grateful that it was completed in a timely and professional manner.
