They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. We highly recommend Wolverine Contracting and will be contacting them for any future projects."

"Mark and his crew were amazing. Mark worked with me on the design and steered me towards a good option in siding and worked within our budget. I am beyond happy with how quickly they were able to fit us in and get the siding replaced. They even painted my garage doors (both were an ugly orange color from the previous owner) and replaced the glazing in the side garage winter to match the main house. KAS was able to take care of all the plumbing including replacing the stack down to the basement. They were able to work with me on my design ideas for a vintage mosaic tiled bathroom and the quality of work was impeccable.
