Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. "Trademark bulilding has done projects for us on two occasions. The first was a master bath remodel. They helped us deal with insurance and assure we were treated fairly in the process. The bathroom turned out beautiful and was done timely. The next was a bigger task. The plan was to redo the kitchen and it morphed into a total first floor makeover. Derrick had several contacts that were extremely helpful with cabinets, design, layout, appliances - everything. They all played a part in making the difficult tasks easy. The crew was there working consistently. Everything was timed perfectly and there was no lag. Many of my friends/family that has done in home construction complained about the lack of contractors and projects being pushed and or unfinished after excessive amounts of time. Definitely not the case with Trademark. They want to complete the project the right way and will assure the customer is overly satisfied with the outcome. I'd never use anyone else!"

"We used them to update our bathroom. They had a good selection of options and products and I was able to do a lot of customizing, without driving up the price which was great. The contractor that actually did the bathroom remodel work was so excellent - he made sure I was involved in the last minute design changes and that everything would work for our family. My only complaint is I wish they would do the complete project, including touching up paint and flooring. However, the shower and bath we got are absolutely amazing and I absolutely love our new bathroom!"

"We had them install gutters and their design of leaf gutter guards onto our home. The guards work much better than any leaf guard I have ever had. Their installation crew was professional, did no damage to our landscaping or house. The day after the gutters/guards were installed, Atlas sent out an inspector to review the workmanship. Then a few weeks later they contacted us to see if we had anything more related to the guards that needed to be done. They were able to work in conjunction with the roofer that was installing shingles that the same time.
To insure that the rain water attaches to the guards' "nose". You do need to wash the "nose" of the guards with a spray nozzle (that they provided free) twice a year. A small chore but much less than digging leaves out of my prior gutters/guards. Beyond that the only other item is, in a heavy rain, I can hear the rain hitting the guard. I kind of like this since it puts me back to sleep, but you may not."
