They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. "Trademark bulilding has done projects for us on two occasions. The first was a master bath remodel. They helped us deal with insurance and assure we were treated fairly in the process. The bathroom turned out beautiful and was done timely. The next was a bigger task. The plan was to redo the kitchen and it morphed into a total first floor makeover. Derrick had several contacts that were extremely helpful with cabinets, design, layout, appliances - everything. They all played a part in making the difficult tasks easy. The crew was there working consistently. Everything was timed perfectly and there was no lag. Many of my friends/family that has done in home construction complained about the lack of contractors and projects being pushed and or unfinished after excessive amounts of time. Definitely not the case with Trademark. They want to complete the project the right way and will assure the customer is overly satisfied with the outcome. I'd never use anyone else!"

"We used them to update our bathroom. They had a good selection of options and products and I was able to do a lot of customizing, without driving up the price which was great. The contractor that actually did the bathroom remodel work was so excellent - he made sure I was involved in the last minute design changes and that everything would work for our family. My only complaint is I wish they would do the complete project, including touching up paint and flooring. However, the shower and bath we got are absolutely amazing and I absolutely love our new bathroom!"

"Both orders went well and in a very timely and efficient fashion. Daily house disruption was minimal. Rick and Nate, the guys with their minds in the gutter - pun intended! - called ahead of their arrival and accomplished the second story gutter install very quickly band cleanly. Sealed the bracket system up very well too. Dave Ford and Zeke went at the demo and install of the shower unit said they were working on their own home, very carefully and with precision. There was residual damage as a result of the demo of the old tub/shower, not an easy thing to do in a 122 year-old home. The shower, with a four-inch high threshold, works well and the water stays inside the shower as Dave assured me it would. More importantly, my 96 year-old mother-in-law is now more safe in her bathroom. Dave consulted with us thoroughly and designed all hand bar and shower head placements with her safety in mind. I vote all four of these technicians get a raise! Atlas has been a great company with with to contract."
