"This is the second time that I have hired Marty for a major renovation. His quality of work is excellent. He sent me to work with EW kitchens for the design. They incorporated my custom requests. The tile work completed is gorgeous. There were several COVID related delays (material shortages) and he worked with me through all of them. He is easy to communicate with and discussed pricing changes with me. His pricing is a little higher, but worth the extra quality and care that I received. Every detail is considered and/or discussed so the final product meets expectations. If I ever need major work done he is the first person I call."

"Diamond Developments owner Paul is a carpentry artisan, supported by a professional, efficient and conscientious crew. Our house, built in the 1930’s had an unusable attic space inside of a dated (1960’s-70’s) room. Paul and team transformed the attic space to an awesome walk in closet. They also finished off the dated room and added built in shelving, it looks incredible! We appreciated the design and thought put into the project along with consideration of time period of home. Did I mention too that they completed all of this in around a week? When first meeting with Paul he listened to our vision and responded with several options for implementing. We never felt that any sort of “hard sell” from Paul, just options and prices. We are looking to have Diamond Developments back our place to finish off another room, hoping this review does not attract too many new clients before we get started :-)"
