I told him it was okay. Today they came out. The surgery was overly recovered. He came out today. Told me that there might be a little problem. The guy looked at it. I come home from the gym. When we asked if we could defray some of the expenses by doing some of the demolition ourselves, he was willing to do that, which we appreciated. His tiling artisan, Martin, did a fantastic job with everything he took on with a keen eye for detail. His assistant Juan was right there helping, always busy. All extremely nice guys, very truth worthy, reliable and knowledgeable. They put in a lot of hours everyday and always cleaned up afterward. Marty and his team turned our vision into reality. "Diamond Developments owner Paul is a carpentry artisan, supported by a professional, efficient and conscientious crew. Our house, built in the 1930’s had an unusable attic space inside of a dated (1960’s-70’s) room. Paul and team transformed the attic space to an awesome walk in closet. They also finished off the dated room and added built in shelving, it looks incredible! We appreciated the design and thought put into the project along with consideration of time period of home. Did I mention too that they completed all of this in around a week? When first meeting with Paul he listened to our vision and responded with several options for implementing. We never felt that any sort of “hard sell” from Paul, just options and prices. We are looking to have Diamond Developments back our place to finish off another room, hoping this review does not attract too many new clients before we get started :-)"
