They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. We highly recommend Wolverine Contracting and will be contacting them for any future projects."

"John, Ken and their crew did a fantastic job. We needed to have our second floor bath redone when the stack in our 100 yr old home failed. KAS was able to take care of all the plumbing including replacing the stack down to the basement. They were able to work with me on my design ideas for a vintage mosaic tiled bathroom and the quality of work was impeccable. They were always polite and professional and did a good job of keeping the house clean and working with me around my WFH schedule. I would absolutely hire them again. "Kris was very easy to work with, and flexible when we had to make minor changes to the project mid-stream. Our tiny bathroom remodel was not without its challenges, but Kris always found ways to make everything fit, and did so at a reasonable price and with excellent care and craftsmanship. Kris and his crew were really good about communicating with us throughout the process to let us know what they were working on and what we should expect in terms of timing, noise level, mess potential, etc. My wife was pretty uncomfortable at the notion of having strangers in the house, particularly when neither of us was home, but Kris and his team were very professional and immediately put us both at ease. If I had to dock Kris for anything it would be that the initial contract was scant on details regarding the work that would be performed, and exactly who would be responsible for what.
