"Wolverine Contracting Design + Remodel provided us with exceptional craftsmanship for our renovation. They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. We highly recommend Wolverine Contracting and will be contacting them for any future projects."

"We recently finished our second home project with Mark and his team. We didn’t bother shopping around this time but went right back to Mark because we knew what we were getting – high quality, beautiful work. This was a complete bathroom gut and renovation, including moving plumbing and electrical. Mark was on top of communications, letting us know what to expect all along the way. He gave suggestions and advice when asked but never pushed us toward one thing or another. Mark’s team was great to work with again also. No matter who showed up on site that day they were always respectful and courteous, keeping a clean job site and making sure they weren’t disturbing us more than necessary (which was challenging given that we were working from home most days!) I continue to recommend this crew to anyone who is looking to renovate their home, and I am already looking forward to our next project together. Thanks Mark Ellis Builders!"

"Had the basement to the home we just moved into remodeled, adding a much needed bathroom and another bedroom, along with greatly improving the aesthetics . Pricing was competitive, service was professional. Very pleased with the quality of work and finished product. We will definitely hire again for future projects."

"My sister-in-law recently got a kitchen remodel, and I liked her new kitchen a lot. When I asked her who designed the place, she introduced Ace Kitchen Bath & Flooring to me. I approached them to remodel our main bathroom and loved their creative ideas. They understood our vision and designed a relaxing space. They replaced our old vanity and added new countertops and sleek cabinets. We worked with Will from start to finish and he was very helpful. I am impressed with their creative team and give them five stars!!"

"Rob and I met through a coworker who highly recommended him and his team for the work they had done remodeling her entire basement. From the first day I met Rob, he has demonstrated the highest dedication to get the job done on time and as promised. His versatile team renovated part of our basement in a relatively short period of time. The result was amazing! I was very impressed with how he adapted to scheduling change to align with the overall work plan. His team work seamlessly on a variety of jobs, from paining, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and so on. He is very thoughtful and considerate of our needs. When we first moved in to our new house, he made a huge effort and pulled his team out to our house to first get the paint job done so that we could set up our furniture and make it livable. He is always responsive to my questions which to me is very important â I canâ t imagine working with someone who is not reachable. I am also impressed by his attention to detail, his work ethic and honesty. I am very happy with the result he delivered, therefore have recommended his service to many coworkers and friends. For myself, I plan to have his team over to install new fences, replace the circuit breaker, and do many other home improvement projects in the near future. The work his team has done exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him."

"Very professional all around. Would hire again when we remodel our bath."

"We had them install gutters and their design of leaf gutter guards onto our home. The guards work much better than any leaf guard I have ever had. Their installation crew was professional, did no damage to our landscaping or house. The day after the gutters/guards were installed, Atlas sent out an inspector to review the workmanship. Then a few weeks later they contacted us to see if we had anything more related to the guards that needed to be done. They were able to work in conjunction with the roofer that was installing shingles that the same time.
To insure that the rain water attaches to the guards' "nose". You do need to wash the "nose" of the guards with a spray nozzle (that they provided free) twice a year. A small chore but much less than digging leaves out of my prior gutters/guards. Beyond that the only other item is, in a heavy rain, I can hear the rain hitting the guard. I kind of like this since it puts me back to sleep, but you may not."

"I asked Bert to paint the kitchen, living room and hallways. Then I threw in how nice it would it would look if he removed the mantle and stone around the fireplace, and put up new tiles. Just because I wanted one, I asked Bert if it was possible to install a ceiling fan if nothing was there to begin with. I felt so lucky to have found the right man for the job. Bert and his sons, Josh and Tyler, do beautiful work. I couldn't be happier."
