As with every mid-sized project, it took waaaaayyyyyy longer than expected. But Mr. Fowler was very responsive and never ghosted me, which is more than I can say for the 3 people I tried to hire before him. It looks great and was done properly and in compliance with strict city codes.

We had our kitchen renovated. It was our first time, and didnâ t realize the contractor could also get cabinetry and other stuff. ( I thought they only specialized around the installation aspect). We had gone with a (friend recommended) kitchen design company who told us after we had measures and placed orders, that we were too far for them to use their installers and we needed to find our own contractor. I found Fowler construction on Angie. The design company was responsible for many delays, damaged material, and mistakes and Fowler Construction was able to work around the delays and basically fix the design companyâ s ineptitude. We will definitely be calling them again for our next renovation.

Rob and his team did a great job on waterproofing my basement. Rob is professional and did everything to complete this project in a timely manner and handle anything that came up along the way. I would definitely hire him again and have already recommended him to friends and family.

The workmanship looks great. Rob kept me up to date. The crews he would bring in were quite diligent. There were no big gapes between when work was done. Rob was open to any questions I had. If he didn't think something might not work well, he would help you understand why and always had a backup recommendation. He was just an easy to talk to and dedicated individual.

Rob and I met through a coworker who highly recommended him and his team for the work they had done remodeling her entire basement. From the first day I met Rob, he has demonstrated the highest dedication to get the job done on time and as promised. His versatile team renovated part of our basement in a relatively short period of time. The result was amazing! I was very impressed with how he adapted to scheduling change to align with the overall work plan. His team work seamlessly on a variety of jobs, from paining, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and so on. He is very thoughtful and considerate of our needs. When we first moved in to our new house, he made a huge effort and pulled his team out to our house to first get the paint job done so that we could set up our furniture and make it livable. He is always responsive to my questions which to me is very important â I canâ t imagine working with someone who is not reachable. I am also impressed by his attention to detail, his work ethic and honesty. I am very happy with the result he delivered, therefore have recommended his service to many coworkers and friends. For myself, I plan to have his team over to install new fences, replace the circuit breaker, and do many other home improvement projects in the near future. The work his team has done exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him.
