I am very pleased with the results of my remodel. Ken and his team did a beautiful job.

Ken and KLH were extremely really helped us figure out what to do with our basement space, then they executed it beautifully. Ken is a perfectionist, and had his team redo some things that I would have let slide, but he wanted the work to look good. He was always cordial, he was responsive (we used his cell number), he sorted out any difficulties we had, and he came by even months after the project was done to touch some spots up where wood had shifted. Ken is great to work with.

KLH Contracting did a great job finishing our basement! We use it often and enjoy having a pleasant space in which to spend time. Ken Heatherly is very professional. He knows his business based on many years of experience. He supervised the work regularly and communicated with us as needed. Angelica, his office manager, was easy and pleasant to work with. She made a point of staying in contact with us. Ken's crew members, especially Greg and Jordan, who were in our home a lot, were also professional, skilled and comfortable to have in and out. We are very happy wen hired KL:H for the job!

KLH was great to work with. I had them remodel 3 bathrooms and they all came out beautifully! They handled everything professionally and provided updates throughout. There were only minor hiccups during the project as there are with any project in an old home but they handled each one very well and to my satisfaction. Their crew that was on the project was great to have in the house. Very respectful, professional, and open to discussion.. As a design professional, Iâ m very hard to please and details of the project and respect for my historic home matter and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend KLH.

Ken was able to meet and provide an estimate and answer questions about the proposed job. His crew were very good about working within my condo during the day. The finished results are beautiful and I am so glad I had the chance to hire this company and the results.

I was very excited once the project got underway. The owner checked on the work several times. If I wasn't satisfied he made sure the problem was corrected. The final walk through has not been complete due to not receiving the final flooring woodwork. Most of the workers were on top of things to be done. Greg was very personable and did a great job! I appreciated his loyalty to the company.

We went with KLH after interviewing multiple general contractors and are so glad we did. After hearing of all these horror stories from friends & family about the companies they hired, I wasn't expecting much but Ken really does mean it when he says he always takes care of his customers. To start, we hired him for a kitchen remodel. But soon after we had a separate emergency involving a big leak from a hard rain in the basement and I reached out to him as I had no one else to call. The next morning he was on the side of my house with a tarp and sealant! He ended up having his crew do multiple things to the side of the house to get us back to bone dry and it was really nice to have someone as determined as us to get the leak 100% resolved. On top of that, he would catch issues we didn't even notice and the ones we did notice he had resolved quickly. Him and his guys also had some great recommendations for our Kitchen and it turned out gorgeous. We had our first party with the new kitchen and received so many compliments! We will always use KLH for any future remodeling or home projects and would recommend them to anyone.

Ken and his finish carpenter, Greg were fantastic. Quality of work is first rate. I would hire KLH again in a heartbeat.

We hired Ken and his team to repair some water damage in our kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. They laid new floors, did some plumbing, painted, and replaced moldings. They did a terrific job on all of it, there were no delays, and they finished it all in four days. All of the workers, both office and in my home, were pleasant and helpful, and I hope to work with them on future projects. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Ken and his crew ensured a wonderful experience and provided great craftmanship for our basement remodel. He made our basement into a functional space for our family with young kids. We added a kitchen bar, bathroom, exercise room, playroom, bedroom, and storage area. Ken was always easy to talk to, reliable, trustworthy, capable, and knowledgeable. We could not be more pleased with KLH. They did a garage addition for workshop space and remodeled a basement room for an office. The garage addition is so nice that neighbors were joking that hubby would enjoy being banished to this impressive space. Quality work and customer satisfaction are on top of the priority of Ken and all his crew has the same priorities. They were all easy to work with with a great sense of humor. They do superb work with great attention to detail and city inspectors were always impressed and complimentary of the stellar work. Ken and his team bent over backward to work with us and our schedule and always showed up when they said they would work quickly and efficiently. Jennifer in the office is a joy to work with, too, and really cares about the customer. The whole team is totally trustworthy,. They are good communicators, easy to work with, and gave excellent results.

Ken and his crew did a wonderful job on our basement remodel. We are delighted with the outcome, and the work was done quickly, efficiently and exactly to our specifications. Considering the challenged presented by the pandemic, the team followed all regulations and went out of their way to make sure we all stayed safe while they worked. I’ve remodeled two homes in the last ten years. I wish I had found KLH Contracting a long time ago. They remodeled our guest bathroom and it’s beautiful. Full tear out and replacement. The cost was the lowest quote we received out of three inquiries, and was executed with the highest quality. All work was performed on time, and with great respect to house (kept things clean while under construction). Above all, they came with a great attitude, as we worked together through Covid-19 restrictions. I highly recommend this company.

Our basement needed a total gut renovation, which included a new living area, a new bedroom, new windows, and a new bathroom. Ken's team did a fantastic, first class job. Ken's quote was less than the 2 others we received. He got the job done quickly. His workers were there when they said they would be and Ken kept on top of the progress. They did a great job!

Ken's people did a top quality job on remodels to two of our bathrooms. He managed to coordinate both remodels so we were never without a functioning upstairs bathroom. We are very pleased with the new look in each room.
