Excellent contractor! I have used Cocobolo LLC since 2008. Chris became my go to contractor for most complicated projects that often require an out of the box thinking. Chris has always been punctual, reliable and fair with his pricing. Above all, chris is a person of his word and integrity. Not only do I recommend Chris for your upcoming project but if he is not currently available, I would go as far as to say; wait until his schedule opens up to fit you in.

Chris is simply wonderful to work with. He's smart and knows just the right questions to ask. He's honest and not afraid to tell you that a specific idea might not work well, or might not look the way you hope it would. He is meticulous in his work, and everything he does could be photographed for a magazine. He checks in often, welcomes your feedback and input, and does everything when he says he's going to do it. If I could, I would hire Chris to do every single house or remodel project that I will ever have!

Chris Palmer of Cocobolo has exceptional communication skills. He oversaw every part of our addition, executing the architect's plans and hiring and coordinating the workmen. There were no surprises.

The project was really well done and kept on time and on budget. In addition to this project, we have also had Cocobolo do a basement remodel, a bathroom remodel, and more. Chris is very honest, hardworking, and I would hire/recommend him (as we have already to numerous people) in a heartbeat.

Our experience with Cocobolo was exemplary. They did a full remodel of our basement which included a completely new bathroom with tiled shower. Chris was an excellent communicator at every step of the project which was completed on time and on budget-- a very rare outcome in our experience. Workmanship was very solid in every aspect. Chris was able readily to adapt to last minute changes or additions and communicated clearly and efficiently throughout. He also was able to oversee a variety of subcontractors and city inspections with ease. We really liked working with him and recommend him highly.
