John, Ken and their crew did a fantastic job. We needed to have our second floor bath redone when the stack in our 100 yr old home failed. KAS was able to take care of all the plumbing including replacing the stack down to the basement. They were able to work with me on my design ideas for a vintage mosaic tiled bathroom and the quality of work was impeccable. They were always polite and professional and did a good job of keeping the house clean and working with me around my WFH schedule. I would absolutely hire them again. Job came in on time and within budget.

KAS installed all new Andersen windows, replaced entry doors and repaired the roof. Excellent work, timely and efficient. A pleasure to work with them.

Renovation of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet work, backsplash done, dishwasher installed. Canned lighting installed. Bathroom tub removal and walk-in shower installed as well as new Flooring, vanity, reconfiguring laundry room to install a laundry tub and installation of new water heater and total painting. Ken, John, James and crew were great to work with and communication went very well any problems or finishing suggestions throughout the project were a great help. The site was carefully protected and cleared and cleaned as it went. Excellent job.

Ken Sparkman and his crew, especially Jeff were professional throughout the process. There was no pressure to do anything we didn’t want to do. The work site was cleaned up everyday before they left. They even tolerated our dog. More importantly Ken helped us design what we wanted instead of having to use a designer. We love the end results!! I would definitely recommend or hire KAS again.

The quality of the work was top notch. i wish i could add pictures to this review because the before/after pics are phenomenal! I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again in the future. We were delighted with services of KAS, Inc. Ken - the owner, John and Rich - team members, were very responsive to our needs and kept us informed of progress and questions on a timely basis. In particular we were able to change this project from a remodel to a repair of the existing bathroom based on investigation of the problem by KAS team. The work was great and a water leak that we had has been repaired. I have no hesitation recommending KAS for others in in need of home improvement services. Last, Home Advisor was key in connecting with KAS.

Excellent work. Rendered generally good advice. Took quite a bit over estimated time to complete, had to nag a bit, but very pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality job.

KAS did a nice job refinishing our kitchen on a budget. Everyone was very professional and courteous to work with, and we love our new kitchen!

I had a great experience. The two young men were very professional. They picked up all the supplies and came to the house when they said they were comming. I had a small bathroom and I was treated as if I was the only customer they had. They never once made me feel they had more important work to do. I felt very comfortable with them in my house. They were very trustworthy and honest. I will use this company for all my upgrades in my house. I like that the price I was quoted was the same price when the job was finished. They were excellent!

Ken came out that evening of the day I called and replaced the wood flooring. It was wonderful as he and his son worked until 11pm to finish floor. The next day we had an open house planned and thanks to Ken and his son it was a success. FYI: the first contractor backed out last minute.

He has done wonderful work. He has done a wonderful bathroom. He has also done the house and also does business work for use. He is very creative and very knowable in his work.
