"I bought a Mitsubishi mini-split system from Randazzo in 2016. For the most part it has performed nearly flawlessly, I did have a couple minor issues they addressed promptly in 2020 and then again this year. At this point enough time had elapsed that it could be determined that what had initially appeared to be a wear issue was actually a materials defect from a sub-supplier going back to the original installation which was well out of warranty by now. Rather than patch a fix doomed to fail in the future Randazzo sent a crew for an entire day and replaced the defective materials and my AC is as good as new at no cost
