I would never use or recommend this company from Tecumseh, Michigan. 0 for customer service, 0 for efficiency, and for knowledge of the product. They charged me for a 2020 unit and installed a 2013 unit. This is my experience with Brad Garner: 1. Wanted a new electric unit put in but Brad Garner said to replace it with a new gas unit, AC, and to clean the ductwork. He came out quickly and was very friendly, polite, and acted very knowledgeable. He told us that the air quality would be better for my asthma. Since he installed the new unit and cleaned the vents, I have to change the filters on my CPAP breathing machine every week. 2. They never turned in the rebate forms for my $1,000 rebate and I called and called. 3. The AC unit did not work when Spring came around. When they had installed the new unit, they forgot to hook the AC up. 4. Called Tuesday, October 6th, because the touch screen thermostat was not working. I was told that someone would be out that day. Nobody came nor called. Called the next day, Wednesday, and was told again someone would be out and again no one should up. The owner, Brad, called at about 8 pm and was very rude, condescending, disrespectful to me as a woman and kept questioning me on paperwork, and told me to go to the basement and look for the paperwork that was not there. 5. Called Thursday, repeatedly, and, when Brad showed up, he was arrogant, spoke very rudely, and condescendingly. He spent an hour at my house and most of that time he was answering phone calls. When he took time to verify that, yes, my thermostat was broken, he said **I have ordered a new one. It might be here today, tomorrow, or Monday**. I said that my daughter and I had been without heat and we are just to go without heat he said yes, that he will put in the new thermostat whenever it comes in. 6. Monday comes, no thermostat, no heat, no call from Garner, and I again have called with the same answer **You are on the list**. 7. New thermostat and within a couple of weeks 3 red warnings and 1 yellow. Have been calling since the last week of October asking for someone to come out. Brad Garner answered the phone the second week of December. Again, he was very rude, disrespectful, and irritated that I was bothering him. Gave him the warning numbers and he told me he would get back to me. Have never heard from him. I would NEVER use this company again or recommend them to anyone! Brad Garner was very disrespectful to me as a woman, talked to me as if it was the 1940s.
