Telegraph Heating Company provided great customer service and quality work. No sales pressure. We needed to replace our very old furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. Our furnace went out on a very cold winter day and they came out same day and ensured we had heat. Efficient, very responsive and trustworthy. Reasonable pricing and product options.

They came out and gave me honest suggestions on my issues, not pushy, not trying to sell me anything I did not need. They had everything done quickly and had me back up and running. I got so many estimates before them and they were by far the best one. Very happy with the whole experience

Our heater died 3 days before Christmas, they were there and installed and finished on Christmas Eve!!! Other company said two weeks before they could even see us!! Very polite, showed up when they said and went the extra extra mile for us.

Race came over and diagnosed my furnace unit and itâ  s older than I am. He gave me a price on a new furnace with install. And the price was great. I couldnâ  t complain at all. Work was great and they even cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them and they will be replacing my ac unit this spring as well.

Great service very professional

We called them on Christmas morning, we had no hot water. By 11:00am Christmas Day we had a new tankless hot water tank installed and running. We could not be more thankful to have called Telegraph Heating CO. Robbie was the technician that came out and helped us. We are so thankful!

Had Race come out to Chelsea after another company miss diagnosed my furnace and charged me 175 to replace a roll out switch when it didnâ t work he said it must be one of the other switches. He would have to return with the new switches, I declined. Race quickly diagnosed the problem was the circuit board he replaced it in matter of minutes. Charge me 150 for the board and an $85 service charge showed me the burnt spot on the board and was gone within one hour. I learned that telegraph Heating carries a whole lotta parts in their service trucks. I found the price very reasonable especially driving 40 miles one way to solve the problem. Sincerely, Dave Ramsey
