Do not use this company. They do terrible work and do not stand by their work. A couple of years ago, we had them come out to fix our chimney, which they did. They said to call them and they would come and clean the chimney. I called back in May for them to clean the chimney. I was given a date a time frame of when they would arrive. The time came and went with them not showing up and no phone call. I had to call them. They claimed they were busy with emergencies due to some storms that had rolled through the area. I was given a new date and time frame for July. Again the date and time came and went with them not showing up and again no phone call. I did not waste my time calling them. I found a new contractor to come and clean the chimney. The contractor performed an inspection and recommended that do not use the chimney. This company was supposed to fix a missing flu tile and never did. Luckily they did not charge us for that but it was definitely discussed when we originally hired

Substandard work, left a mess, trashed our lawn. Do not recommend.

Robert and his two additional workers rebuilt my front porch step and did some chimney repair work. The masonry work was acceptable, but the mortar connecting the step to the porch had a noticeable gap and the flashing on my chimney was bent. I contacted Robert multiple times, each time he said he would be out that week to fix the problems. He never came and stopped returning my calls and texts. I was hoping I had found a contractor I could continue to work with for future jobs, but that does not appear to be the case.

Quote was out of my budget.

I had Great Lakes Masonry and Chimney chemically clean my wood burning fireplace/chimney on Dec 12, 2023 and also install Heat Shield in my smoke chamber and a spring top damper and cap assembly on top of my chimney. As soon as they received my final payment, they stopped returning my phone calls and emails requesting the warranty paperwork for the Heat Shield and spring top damper, and my request for a signed Safe to Burn inspection certificate. A few weeks after the installation, I requested that they remove the spring top damper and cap assembly because it did not work at all and they would not get back to me. I was finally able to get through to Robert Walker (after several tries on email and phone), the owner, the end of January because he thought I was a customer requesting new service, and he said he would take care of it right away and send someone out. It has now been a month and I have heard nothing from them. I would recommend that you do not do business with this

Robin is team of masons. Prompt. Highly professional couldn't be happier with the chimney. They rebuilt for me highly recommend the company. P

Clearly explained how my inspection, cleaning and certification would be performed. He was courteous and respectful.

Robert was knowledgeable, friendly and will use their service again!!

Rob was very professional. He made sure not to make a mess. He taught me about the fireplace, using it safely, Maintenance, etc.
