My HOA decided I needed skirting on my condo deck by June 2025. Jeremiah Blankenship came out & gave an estimate on the day that I put my info into Home Advisor. Taking advantage of a few sunny March days, he & his associate finished the job in one day for the given estimate. They put in the skirting complete with access door & replaced rail caps & a board. Could not be more pleased with the prompt attention, professionalism and outstanding work.

The project and estimate was explained prior to work completed. All questions answered prior and during the project.Work completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Jeremiah Blankenship , project manager , was on site most of the time and easy to reach / communicate with. Respectful of our property and cleaned up after work completed. Will use this company again and highly recommend them.

The men at Home Time Construction were very professional and approachable. Their attention to detail was great. The top wood was replaced and the rest of the porch was painted on the bigger porch. The smaller porch was sanded and painted. I would definitely hire them again.

I was very impressed with the work done on my deck. Everything was top notch, from the time they started till they cleaned up and left. Pleasant, courteous, professional, knew what they were doing and completed in a timely matter. I truly do not mind recommending Home Time Construction and in particular Jeremiah and Tom who did a top notch job! These days I am hard to impress, but this project was quite refreshing with it being professional all the way!
