Arrived on time. Installing water heater only took 2 hours. Removed old tank. Project area was cleaned up afterward. Polite and friendly.

Steve came to my rescue and he was great!!! Honest, sincere, caring and professional! He called me immediately late at night as soon as I posted it to offer his services. I was in a state of panic because my hot water heater broke snd water in my basement. He advised what valves to shut off. I sent him pictures so he would know pipes and tank to replace. He came early the next day with a new tank for me. It was installed in 2 hours!!! He told me that evening I would have hot water by 11 am the following morning and I did. He texted me at work to confirm. I would not hesitate to call him again. He is a keeper!!!

Got our water heater replaced. Steve was great to deal with. Responded promptly to calls and text. Gave clear advice on available options. His price was very competitive.

The water heater is working. How ever the heater has a tilt to right like leaning tower of Pisa in Italy. Does not sit symmetrical although the platform it sits on is flat. I did mention it to steve. He ignored my comments. I hope some one will come and fix it. It is an eye sore.. Thanks for your kind consideration of this matter. I can send you the picture. My old water heater was sitting straight for 22 years.
