Most of the work had to be done in a crawl space. Supervisor Ron and John his right hand man were extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and told us step by step what ws being done. We would never consider hiring anyone else and definitely recommend Luckeys to everyone. Pricing was more than fair. The gals in the office were wonderful and knowledgeable also. Back when I was raising two babies, my husband and I started a plumbing company, an electrical company, AND a heating and air company. Mr. Michael is a genius with tools, but he did NOT enjoy running 3 big companies, so he asked me to do it. Turns out, I LOVE it!! I believe that if we make your problems disappear quick and easy, then when someone you know needs something repaired you’ll say: “I’ve got a guy! . . . Her name is Mrs. Michael.”

"I called Mrs.Michael plumbing and electrician on a Sunday and was told the service call would cost $129. However, I wasn?t informed that the $129 only covered the technician?s arrival. Once on-site, I was told diagnosing the issue would be an additional $450 ? and that price only covered two outlets, with anything else costing extra. I?ve rented homes for over 30 years, and I?ve never encountered such misleading pricing practices."
