Boy I am glad that he did, I set up my appointment to have them came take a look at my current siding and gutters, needless to say pictures are truly worth a thousand words (some I cannot type in the forum). I was beyond appalled at the current state of the siding and gutters. After the pictures were taking I sat down with Fabiano (sales rep) to discuss my options. After I signed the contract, a few days later Brandon the Product Production Manager came out to discuss the project, the dates, and took more measurements for confirmation. The entire project (siding and gutters) took 4 days to complete and both teams did exquisite work. Carl who does the quality assurance came onsite to check on the project. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
