"Converted 2 hot water tanks to a tankless system. Very professional, courteous, and good communication. Quality of the work and cleanliness was excellent. System operating for about one week now - no issues with the volume of hot water. "We canceled.  went with someone closer to us. I have had no complaints about Mich. Plumbing and have hired them in the past. They do good work but are pricey,  so I went with a local guy. He did a great job and was over $100 cheaper."

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
