"Casey was great. It was a simple problem where builder installed crimp style PEX joint started to leak. He offered suggestion to go to Home Depot and purchase crimp tool to try on my own to fix. I probably will buy tool to have, but choose to have him replace with more reliable solution. 2-year warranty, so feel good about that. Also really appreciate he was able to make to my place on a Saturday day of I called him in the morning. Was also nice he asked me when setting up approximate time to show up to offer calling to let me know when he was coming. I took him on that offer which worked great as he was little early so gave me chance to more stuff out of the way to make his prospective work easier. Casey was very nice and courteous, no doubt should I need plumbing services in the future I will give him a call."
