"They are professional and thorough, but there is really no wiggle room if you would like something differently done. Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"I had Ever Dry inspect my basement due to water coming out of the trap door at the bottom on my furnace chimney. After a full inspection they determined that my problem was not my basement, it was with the chimney. They gave us suggestions on how to fix the issue even though it was not basement related which showed that they go out of their way to help the homeowner. Even though we didn't need their services, they still took the time to educate us on what signs we should look for in the future in case a basement issues begin. I feel more knowledgeable about basement walls and foundation, and found their suggestions to address our problem to be extremely valuable. "I was very happy with the estimate I got from Corey, and he explained how things were going to be done. I had the waterproofing done on one entire wall of my basement, and a sump pump put in, on one of the coldest days of this year, and the guys were great, they put up plastic to keep things from getting dusty, and they were done in 1 day!! "We had a basement that always had water in it almost year round. We decided to sell the house and move to North Carolina. Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish.
