"They are professional and thorough, but there is really no wiggle room if you would like something differently done. Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"Steve and his crew, Rick and Joey were so efficient and did a great mold remediation and blown insulation. Rick and Joey cleaned up the mess of removing old insulation and making sure the attic was good and clean to put down new insulation and blow insulation into the attic. They also found that my crawl space had no barrier between the dirt floor and the house, so I hired them to take care of that. Steve and his crew made us feel like we were very important customers. Jessie, Director of Client Services, is so great with scheduling the crew in a timely manner. She will also remind you when to expect the crew and who the crew is by sending you their picture and name. I highly recommend Your Home Solution Experts."

"I was very happy with the estimate I got from Corey, and he explained how things were going to be done. I had the waterproofing done on one entire wall of my basement, and a sump pump put in, on one of the coldest days of this year, and the guys were great, they put up plastic to keep things from getting dusty, and they were done in 1 day!! I was very impressed! I did have a tiny leak, a few days later, but the company sent someone out almost immediately, and that was resolved. Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish.
