He just quoted an all-in rate, then did a really beautiful job. They installed additional bracing where needed (and other companies did not include) and even added an additional strap at no addition charge--all to ensure he was completely resolving the issue and not leaving us with a potential problem in the future. He didn't mark up the permits at all either, which we appreciated. At the end of the day, it's all about the quality of the work, and I can't imagine anyone doing it better, cleaner, or more professionally. Thank you for exceeding our expectations Russ! "Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."

"this was a great experience from the return phone call from the cheerful/sweet office personnel, getting a quote the same day, to the hard working crew that installed it the following day. every single person here was very respectful of us and our home. they got our tankless water heater installed and ran 2 gas lines. it did take longer than we expected but the gentleman installing everything was professional and a pleasure to be around so we didn’t mind. everyone is very knowledgeable when it came to any questions we had. there was no i’m not sure, i’ll find out or anything like that. there was no mess while working or after they left. prices were good and they didn’t charge the $200-$300 service fee for the estimate like these other companies out there. that did place a small percentage in why we went with them. we are definitely happy choosing this company for this project and we will definitely be using them for all future needs. we highly recommend them."
