"Detroit City Sweep came to two of my properties to repair a total of three fireplaces. They did a fine job repairing one gas fireplace and adding caps to my chimney. I had a second gas fireplace that they needed to order a part for. I had to call them half a dozen times to get them to order the part and come back to the house to install it. When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't. "

I was quite embarrassed showing people the final result, they did a bad painting job, they were sloppy, Rocky claimed he could the floors, I cautiously agreed. Big mistake. There is not one thing that Rocky did right and he was rarely here. He left everything to one man, who worked hard and I appreciated him. As far as experience and professionalism, Rocky was a disappointment. I wasted a lot of money on an unqualified company.
