She knows how to combine different plants so that there is color and contrast throughout the year. She has suggested both bigger projects and more modest adjustments I could make to improve my property, allowing me to decide based on my objectives at the time. She has done an excellent job on both Spring and Fall cleanups and touch ups in between. Most recently, she worked on my property as I was preparing to put my home up for sale. "My experience from the beginning to the end was exceptional!! Dan called me back immediately after I left a message and scheduled someone to come out the very next day to do an estimate. Dustin was punctual, friendly and extremely helpful in providing suggestions and helping me envision a landscaping design. After discussing the details, Dustin was able to provide me with a quote as well as the date they could start work. I was in contact with Dustin prior to the work starting to run ideas by him and ask questions. He was always extremely patient with me and very helpful. Brooks Landscaping started work on the exact day they promised and the crew was very courteous and friendly. I was extremely involved in the process every step of the way and felt that it was important to them that I was engaged and 100% satisfied with everything. The entire project ended up taking 2 days and I was pleased that the crew cleaned up the “work site” both days. Overall they exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the outcome. "We had Vic do a big landscaping job w/retaining wall and lights in front of our house. He did an AMAZING job! We were all impressed with him and his crew. They were professional, respectful, punctual, reasonably priced and Vic gave me great ideas on how to design the landscaping. It turned out so good! In fact, many of our neighbors have hired him to do their landscaping since they saw what he did with our front yard. The following summer, Vic Completed another wonderful landscaping job on the side of house, garden area. "I hired MAC Landscaping & Design in May 2020 to install a French Drain and subsequent regrading for the backyard. My neighbor told me this would be a waste of money as â environmental engineers,â â city officials,â and â multiple companiesâ she contacted said the pooling of water couldnâ t be fixed. Mike came to my home, took detailed measurements, and told me (with confidence) he could give me a dry backyard. One year later, after the snow came and melted, after downpours and freezing temps, I saw the proof that his design worked, and now I watch my neighbors deal with stagnant water while I enjoy a beautiful, healthy lawn. But my main reason for writing this review (as I typically do not) is for the back patio Mike installed off my kitchen. During Mikeâ s initial visit for the French Drain, I had inquired about wood or vinyl decking and what he would charge to install one. I had received quotes for both materials from several companies and wanted to see how Mikeâ s would compare. Mike explained why he wouldnâ t recommend this for my yard (issues related to moisture) and suggested a raised paver patio instead. Within a week, I was sent a 3D design detailing the layout and explaining the costs. Not only was his design esthetically pleasing, but it also cost less than the wood or vinyl decking. I agreed and have never been happier with the results of a home project. This patio and backyard have been a lifesaver for me! I saw how Mike and his crew worked; they were on time, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Being so please with the backyard, I ended up having the front of my home redone. Mike installed a beautiful walkway and large front porch (to match the back) and planted shrubs, flowers, put down mulch, and lighting. I honestly canâ t say enough good things about Mike and MAC Landscaping & Design! Thanks, Mike!"
