"Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."

Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."
