The work was done quickly and well. The problem I experienced was that the device installed did not meet code for the building. The company representatives did not make mention of this fact. Essentially I wasted money buying the device; money which could have been set aside for a heating device that would meet code. I eventually hired another company to install a proper heating unit.

Then it came on. Then it switched spontaneously to A/C and when we tried to change the temp it did not seem to respond. We brought the vehicle into Hand H and they made several recommendations. They all sounded reasonable, so we went ahead with the repairs. It's an older vehicle, but we're still hoping to get many more miles and a few years out of it. We called Hand H Saturday to set up an appointment for Monday. On Sunday after church, the van started steaming from under the hood. and quot; This can't be good, and quot; my wife said, and I concurred. So we dropped it off and Hand H worked on it Monday morning. They called to give us the rundown and estimate, we said OK and they completed all the repairs and had the van back to us by Monday evening. The mechanic explained what they did and brought the van around for my wife, and said if there was any trouble to bring it back. We did have to bring it back in because the heat stopped working again, and it turned to be the hose which needed re-sealing. He did that work quickly and free of charge, apologizing for the inconvenience, and now everything seems to be fine. We've taken both our vehicles in to Hand H for oil changes, brake work, etc. They have always been professional and courteous.

The technicians showed up on time and did an out
standing job. The job took about six hours due to some trouble encountered taking old piping apart. this is to be expected on an older home. The furnce and water heater have been put to the test and they work great! I recommend their service.

My husband called him and took the lawn mower back. Another month and a half went by and we have not heard from Mr. Kelly. We called him and asked about the status of the lawn mower, he said he was having trouble getting the warranty on one of the parts he used.
Three more weekend went by, I calledg and he said it wasn't his fault. He said we should have added oil. The fact of the matter is he said it was running and in order to know that he would have had to put oil in the machine. He said he would not give us our money back. We paied him 376.59 to repair the lawn mower and he put junk parts on it but never fixed it. We picked the lawn mower up on the 12th of August and he has changed the story again saying he couldn't get a moter for it. So now we are out almost 400.00 and have no mower to show for it. He knew this and was planning on keeping the lawn mower because he never tried to call us. My husband knows better than to not check the oil before using the mower. In order to find out if he fixed it correctly and it works, there would have had to be oil in the mower anyway to make sure it works.
We could have used this money to buy a new mower instead spending all this money on what is now a junk mower. Something was not done correctly and rather than own up to it, we got various stories on what was going wrong and no longer have a working mower.

I called Michael and he came right over. It turned out that my flame sensor just needed cleaned. Michael cleaned it and then walked me through the steps to clean it in case it ever happened again in the future. He didnt even charge me for his time. The three other HVAC companies I called were going to charge me $80 just to step foot in my front door. When the supplier sent us a defective hot water heater, Michael stayed on top of the situation, kept me informed with what was going on and came over late on a Friday night to install the replacement heater so we would have hot water. To buy heating oil for your house, contact local heating oil companies to compare prices and place an order once you decide on a supplier. The company will have to deliver your heating oil in a truck designed to carry and dispense heating oil safely. Call and order your heating oil early enough to have your oil delivered before you need to start using it for home heating.
On average, you’ll need about two gallons of oil per day to heat your house when it’s 50 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Most oil tank capacity is about 275 gallons, and heating your house with two gallons of oil per day will last about four and a half months. This consumption will vary depending on the climate and average temperature in your location. For example, if the winters are longer and colder where you live, you’ll probably need to refill your oil tank at least once to get through the winter.
You save money on heating oil in a few ways:
Make sure your home is well insulated and sealed against drafts and heat leakage.
Use a thermostat that’s working properly and calibrated accurately.
Increase energy efficiency by insulating your basement and attic.
Turn down your thermostat a few degrees.
Program your thermostat to lower the heat when you’re not home.
Order heating oil during the off-season when prices are likely to be lower.
Summer months tend to be when heating oil prices are lowest because of decreased demand. Buying heating oil during the off-season also prepares you for when the weather gets cold, and you need to start using the oil to heat your home. Although heating oil prices will fluctuate, it’s best to avoid purchasing between September and April, as that's the peak season for heating oil demand.
Overall, heating your home with an oil furnace tends to be less expensive than heating your home with an electric heating system. Oil heating systems stay warm for longer periods of time without drawing a constant electrical current to maintain a temperature. Plus, heating oil systems typically have a longer lifespan and lower price tag than their electrical counterparts, resulting in short- and long-term savings.
