"I hired Doty to repair a vent pipe. The work was completed. I have asked several times for a detailed invoice of the work performed and equipment that was rented to complete the work and have yet to receive that invoice or even a call to discuss the issue. I believe that they overcharged me for a piece of equipment that they not even use to complete the work. They also damaged my yard while attempting to use this equipment and never once have I been contacted by a manger as I requested. Their customer service is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone!"

Yes, geothermal heat pumps are worth the money. You can save about 70% on heating costs in the winter and around 50% on cooling costs in the summer with a geothermal heat pump compared to a traditional HVAC system.
