If we went somewhere else who specializes in oil changes maybe we could get a better price. When I came in today they took off one of my wheels and realized I need to get a wheel changed as well. Whenever I go in there I can wait for a while and they are very accommodating.

This visit was for routine oil change and tire rotation. It was also recommended, and I was asked, that the air filter be changed. I did. Service was performed properly.
I also had a few minor nick picky items on my list because I like having my car as perfect as I can get it. Ron was more than happy to get these things fixed. The tech, Jerrod, even asked me to come back to the shop to make sure he understood what I wanted done. I have to say Pauli Ford's shop is the cleanest shop I have ever been in. They should be very proud of it.
In the end all of my requests were resolved, and everyone was happy to help. Ron even helped me save money on one of the parts I needed. I appreciate that! Ron double checked one of the repairs personally to make sure it was done before I pulled away.Thank you to all for another excellent experience.

Excellent. I highly recommend servicing your Ford here. They check competitors prices for tires to get the best price. Work is always done correctly and they have an excellent check system to make sure all repairs are done according to Ford's standards.
