"We're so happy you had an awesome experience with our HVAC team! The word "dependable is very important to Butler. We've been known as "The Home of The Dependables" since the early days of the company! Thanks for sharing your experience!"
"Hi [Member Name Removed]. Please give me a call (Nick) if your parents are having any issues with the installation. We'll take care of it. Also please call if you would like to discuss what was installed. You're most likely comparing apples to oranges. If you’re comparing the price to a retail box store unit, you’re definitely not comparing apples to apples. We included an expansion tank with the install as well. We install A.O. Smith water heaters because we feel they are industry leaders. They’ve been in business since 1874. We install their commercial grade water heaters that are made in Tennessee. We've been in business 70 years and I can assure that we do not take advantage of anyone, otherwise we would not still be in business."
