Logan Square Auto Care

They quoted me $530.00 for the Front Bearings and upper right Ball Joint. I brought the vehicle to them, by appointment only, and were done with the car a little over a hour. This is a family shop, the technician said the Upper Ball Joint was sturdy and still shiny, I replaced it a couple years ago and the front bearings were a hub and did not take as long to replace. He replaced only the bearings and charged me $247.22. It is nice to have honest people working on my vehicle.

The service went great! It took them about four and a half hours due to the amount of rust I had on the brakes. They are profoundly professional, they always do an inspection first and tell me what exactly they are going to do and how much it will cost before starting work. Their prices are more than fair.

Excellent. I called other repair shops and their estimate was $344 for the same service. Logan Square did it for $210.00!

Their service is excellent. Their prices are very reasonable. They don't fix anything that doesn't need to be fixed, and they tell me what may need to be fixed in the future. They are honest. They have been keeping our cars running for over 25 years. The thing good about the oil change is that they check everything. They check the tire pressure and all other fluids, and fill them if they need to be filled, and window washes at no charge. They look underneath our car and check the exhaust and make sure everything is there, and springs and shocks and all that. They do all of that once the car is up in the air for the oil change, and then they tell me what I need to get done. The owner Ed has turned it over to his sons and they are certified mechanics. They are the ones that have been working on my cars all along. They are very knowledge and they keep continuing their education, and they getting re-certified and everything. They are excellent. We don't use anyone else.

the side view mirror:
1 made grinding noise whenever it was adjusted (Remotely)
2 rattled incessantly whenever the car went over 35 MPH

3 fell off after several years.

4 when we asked to have the mirror fixed it was out of warranty.

The fuel tank

When replace they MAY have damaged the fuel pump on the fuel tank which could have caused it to fail several years latter

Years ago we went to Logan Square for repairs. They always did a great job. We moved farther away and used someone local. Finally got fed up with the local company and called Logan Square. Unfortunately the repairs we needed they do not do. They referred us. Very happy.

They fixed everything quickly and efficiently and got me on my way. Everything was pleasant and I would recommend them to others.

It went extremely well as always. I have used them for years. I have a 93 Ford that they have kept running beautifully; they are good.

They are friendly, reasonable, accurate, and give you full information before they do any repairs. they give you a good an estimate, they are good people.

I have taken both a car and a van to them in the past couple of years. Their prices have always been consistently low. Some services they have provided me are: oil changes, replacing brakes, replacing seat belt mechanism, replacing strut mount, just to name a few. When you have an older vehicle you no longer take to the dealership, they are the best in my opinion.

I called the day before to make the initial appointment. I dropped the truck off at 1p.m., they called with an estimate at 2:30 and by 4:30 I was back on the road. It's a small shop but they did a great job and did it quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again.
