"After posting our job on Angie's List. We were contacted by Jeston of Handyman of Ann Arbor. He arrived at our residence that afternoon and provided us with a quote and time line for completion of the job. The job was completed as promised and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Jeston worked closely with us to answer all questions and explain the process and time frame to complete the project."

"Handyman was very professional and attentive to my requests and needs, I had a long list of things that needed repair or installation and we got through everything except a couple of things that needed additional hardware which I will purchase using the information he provided. I can not speak more highly oh him."

Our mission is to deliver expert, reliable, & guaranteed service solutions & outstanding customer experiences through unparalleled commitment to quality.

"It went great, it was a messy job because it involved removing the old, nasty insulation, but the guys did their best containing the mess. The attic is very difficult to work in due to the low ceiling and they did a great job, no cracks in the ceiling or anything. I also ended up with a "super deck" which is a platform with foam underneath giving me some more storage space that I desperately needed. I can see now that my neighbors house has icicles (which can signal an impending ice dam), and I have none. I gave a B for price because this is an expensive job, I don't believe you can get it for significantly cheaper, but the quality of the job, comfort, and properly functioning attic space are definitely worth it."

"Fantastic! Mike came as planned for the estimate and we set the date for installation. The weather was terrible, but he called to tell me when he would arrive. He had everything he needed, completed the job safely, quickly, and perfectly. Very personable and pleasant to work with! Extremely pleased with his work!!"

"Highly recommend Andrew...during my original estimate call he took the time to explain his process and his quote was very competitive.
There were two cracks in the foundation in a spare room (we live in a quad, the room was half underground). Andrew filled/sealed both cracks using a high pressure polyurethane injection and about 6 rod holes that were leaking when it rained. Andrew also re-enforced the cracks. Was very thorough, even testing with letting the hose run on the sides of the house where the cracks were.

"They did most of installation while we were out of the house, so disruption was minimal. Cleaned up well. Came back to add some finishing touches that I had wanted at no extra cost. Looks lovely."

"What a nice company. Charles was great. Very knowledgeable."

"Excellent job. Prompt, pleasant, and conscientious."

"Imagine you are in the middle of painting your house and the painter refuses to repair the chimney because it was so bad. I fortunately contacted Specialty. I was given 3 weeks to review by other companies but Nosh not only came that evening, he left to look to match 50+year old bricks AND he was by my house at 7:30 the following morning AND tore down and replaced my entire chimney in less than 48 hours and did a skillful masterful job, (we are not related, I am just super happy to have contracted Specialty"
