Pure Energy Window Company

So far, our experience is a nightmare! Mid April 2023 we chose Pure Energy to be the window company we would go with. Upon the salesman coming out to our house to measure and work up a price we were presented with the typical high pressure sales tactic of to lock in this price you will need to come up with $10,000, tonight to make this happen. After a brief back and forth trying to explain we did not have $10,000 just sitting in our change drawer and a possible fake phone call to the salesmens boss. It was determined $5000 would be more than enough to start the process, as the remaining balance would be financed. All was good, windows were ordered, we had an installation date of early August 2023. 1 month later we received a phone that the windows were being pushed back and the new installation date be now be mid to late September 2023. Still no issue, we understand project timelines. The problem arose in the beginning of June when the bank called to inform us that we were late on the 1st payment of our note. After a lengthy discussion with the bank i was assured that the loan would be pushed back to start once the work was being started or once completed. Jump forward to the 1st business day in July 2023. Our credit rating have been dinged as 2 missed payments now and after another conversation with the bank, written into the Pure Energys fine print of the contract was & payments begin once the contract is signed. Not once the work is complete. We are not a wealthy family and $68,000 is a monumental investment for us. So picking Pure Energy windows was a huge commitment for our family. By no means do we feel we are not on the hook for this financial debt, but paying for something for for 6 months before the installation date, being strong armed into shelling out as much money as physically possible on the night of the salesman visiting our home and mentioned the financial start date of the loan would begin after installation of the windows is complete we are in this situation where I am not sure there will be a positive outcome. In closing, we had to pay a non refundable $5000 (they wanted $10,000), 2 missed payments on my credit report, a drop in my credit score, windows pushed back a month and a half, and not a single word from Pure Energy on anything. If these windows actually get installed in our home I will update this review but until then this has been one of the worst financial agreements our family has entered into. Part on our end for not fully reading the fine print and allowing the salesman to deter us from taking the time to do our due diligence with reading the contract and part on Pure Energy windows on how they conduct business. Live and learn.

They were very friendly and efficient. However I don?t think they did a quality job especially for the price. Window frames were not replaced. They left my old ones in and they were in bad shape. They had areas on frame that were not caulked good. Painters that came in asked why windows were not caulked better

Had issue with installation not matching agreement with replacing all sills.

I LOVE my new windows! There is nothing like triple-pane glass to keep the cold out in the winter and the heat out in the summer. On a very cold Michigan day I sat on the dining room chair nearest the sliding glass door (basically right next to it!). I could feel NO cold at all! Adrian was right: glass is a poor insulator, but triple pane glass with the gas in-between is the way to go for energy efficiency! Another thing: I used to keep my window blinds closed much of the time, or in the daytime at least down but tilted open. I find now that I keep my window blinds UP all the way during the day! And that's kind of weird, because it's still just glass, but there is just something enjoyable about looking out these windows. And although I really never had a big noise problem, I have noticed that it is SO quiet in the house when the windows are closed. Thanks Pure Energy for the peace and calm and making my home my sanctuary!

We had a great experience with Adrian, the owner. He went out of his way to explain the quality of his companyâ s windows. We definitely learned a lot. When the crew arrived, they were very professional and took their time removing and installing the 30 windows and a patio door carefully to ensure that each window and the door fit properly. Cleanup was amazing. They even vacuumed. We have noticed a savings in our energy bills and noise reduction coming from the triple pane windows, along with less dust because of the way the windows were fitted. We are very pleased with the look of the windows and our patio door. So pleased that we are now having pure energy replace our front door. Canâ t wait! Thank you Adrian and all of your crew.

When we started looking to replace our windows, we had no idea what company to go with. I found Pure Energy Window Company on the internet. I did as much research on them as I could and could not find a negative review. We had already scheduled Renewal by Anderson to come out and do a quote, along with a couple local companies, then I called Pure Energy to schedule an appointment. So helpful and informative in that first phone call, all questions were answered and appointment scheduled right away. We were lucky enough to have Adrian, one of the owners, as our sales rep. He brought in a sample of their window and my husband and I were immediately blown away by the appearance alone, hands-down better quality than any other company had to show us. At the end of it all, of course Adrian stepped outside to let us discuss it alone, ZERO pressure from Adrian, none of the usual "well if you sign up right now, I can give you THIS deal . . . ." I just kept opening and closing the sample window, absolutely amazed at how easy it all was and the quality of the window. We decided to commit to Pure Energy Windows and have not had one regret since that decision. Not only are their windows amazing, but every single person you talk to at that company is friendly and helpful. Because of the pandemic, our delivery date got pushed back a few months (obviously, not their fault), but they kept us informed the whole time. When the windows were installed the crew was absolutely phenomenal. Their boots never actually touch any of your flooring as they immediately start spreading drop cloths as they walk into your house. Extremely hardworking, friendly group of guys, and when they left there was not a single spot that we had to clean up, inside or outside the home. We were just left with amazingly beautiful new windows. We have a Cape Cod style home and only have central air in our upstairs, so on hot summer days we also run a room air conditioner in one of the rooms on the main level. Since our windows were installed the first week of June we have had many super hot 90 degree days, high humidity . . . but we have not had to run the room air conditioner since that time, and our central air conditioner actually turns off once in a while which it has not done during the summer months for years!! So our electric bill has gone down! Our experience with Pure Energy Window Company has been nothing but positive. If you are looking to replace your old windows, we highly recommend this company.

The windows we ordered were first class and replaced the previous windows flawlessly. We are really happy with how they turned out and will use Pure Energy Windows again when we need to do more replacing.

It took a long time (6 months), to get the windows built. I was told it would be e at max when I signed the contract. But the windows are all in now and we love them.

From the sales rep to the install crew this was a very smooth presses.

The Demonstration, the measuring and the installation all were Excellent! All employees were Knowledgeable and Friendly. The installers arrived at 8AM and left by 4PM, leaving behind no mess what so ever!

Iâ ve tried Michiganâ s â otherâ leading window company at my last house and was disappointed; and did a lot of research, and Iâ m SOOO glad we chose the Pure Energy Window company. The company worked within our budget and we replaced all ten 1st floor windows and a door-wall. I couldnâ t be happier. Theyâ re made to measure just for your home, so thereâ s a wait while they are factory made per order, but itâ s so worth it. The argon gas and layers of glass have made our home so much warmer. With a chronic illness, I always dreaded winter because the cold temps cause more pain. I feel so much better! The construction is top notch, and our home looks beautiful. Plus, the salesman was listening to our needs rather than pitching a hard sell. Even better, the installation crew were polite, courteous, efficient and careful. Iâ m recommending Pure Energy Windows to everyone!

The Pure Energy team installed new triple-pane windows in our condo, and they really did a great job, in a shorter amount of time than we expected. They were pleasant to work with, wore masks, and did a really thorough clean-up afterwards, all of which we very much appreciated. We highly recommend them to other homeowners.

Great company to deal with - both before and after the sale. Very high quality product, superb installation crew, excellent communication with the office for scheduling of final measurement and then of installation. The price was surprisingly good - you get what you pay for of course, and their product comprises superb materials and construction quality - but their direct-to-the-consumer relationship allows them to beat the competition in the high-end windows and doorwalls market. Six months after the main job I was so happy with the quality, and the energy-efficiency and lower utility costs, that I called them back to replace our front entrance door and windows. I wouldn't consider working with anyone else.

The workers were very kind and respectful. They were very considerate of my property and put tarps down in my house. They cleaned up after they were finished. The windows are great. Iâ m very happy.

Loving all my new windows. The door wall with the built-in blinds is the best with ease of operation, see through sliding screen and the beautiful brush nickel door handle enhances my decor. Way overpriced and shoddy work by their best installer. Follow-up and endless phone tag took a month. Nothing happened until leaving a bad review on the website.
