He even researched the brand of our old grout that was used (previous owners) so he was familiar with the suite of products and purchased additional products (colorant and sealant) for us to use after they re-grouted. The new grout and caulk look great and he walked us through the application of the additional products and even offered to assist with any questions as we used them. Doug worked with us to make the project cost effective and was in continuos communication with us regarding the project between the time of the estimate until after the project was complete. I would highly recommend Wolverine Custom Painting for any home projects, they go above and beyond. They also do more than painting :)."

"Overall: Frank Nwokeji and his team did an excellent Job. They are very professional 1) Communication: Frank and his team were very very polite when interacting with me and my family members. 2) Quality : Frank and and his team's performance displays exceptional quality and accuracy from start to Finish. 3) Material: They used very good standard material from Menards, Home depot 4) Costs: Frank was able to work with us on 40/40/30% basis and never asked any amount in-between. He is very professinal 5) Change requests: when ever we ask for any changes.. they accommodated with out arguing. the final bill reflected the amount but they reduced several upon discussion. 6) Schedule : All their team members came to work at 9 AM - 4PM Punctually.. which gives the confidence that the work will be done. There are few days one of the team member not feeling well and his wife came and helped . 8) Framing and Drywall: The team did a fantastic job on framing and drywall. They took a LOT of care after the drywall install and patching with Putty. By hand they used to verify every where they patched. 9) Permits: I did my own permits as an owner.. but Frank's team support every little bit. "Both orders went well and in a very timely and efficient fashion. Daily house disruption was minimal. Rick and Nate, the guys with their minds in the gutter - pun intended! - called ahead of their arrival and accomplished the second story gutter install very quickly band cleanly. Sealed the bracket system up very well too. Dave Ford and Zeke went at the demo and install of the shower unit said they were working on their own home, very carefully and with precision. There was residual damage as a result of the demo of the old tub/shower, not an easy thing to do in a 122 year-old home. The shower, with a four-inch high threshold, works well and the water stays inside the shower as Dave assured me it would. More importantly, my 96 year-old mother-in-law is now more safe in her bathroom. Dave consulted with us thoroughly and designed all hand bar and shower head placements with her safety in mind. I vote all four of these technicians get a raise! Atlas has been a great company with with to contract."

"My wife and I had Mark Ellis recently completely renovate our bathroom. We were installing a new tub, vanity, tile flooring, tile surround, and installing a shower niche. We knew going in that there was at least some water damage in the subfloor from the previous owner’s poor work (They had laid a vinyl floor over the previous floor and failed to seal it properly along the tub). After getting in contact with him, Mark met with us in our home to go over the scope of the project and to discuss our budget. Mark was the third contractor we met with and he was by far the one with the most reasonable budget and the only one who would explain his quote in any detail. He was also very clear in his communication for what the project entailed, what he needed from our end, and when he’d be free from other jobs to handle our project. We did have to email him a few times after the initial conversation in order to get a solidified start, but once we had confirmation from him they started the next day. My wife and I also both work nights, and Mark was very good at communicating when his crew would be coming in so we could prepare and we were both very thankful for that. The people on Mark’s crew were all very respectful of our house and did great work. I was honestly impressed with how clean everything was once they had finished. Once the project started, Mark’s crew was on site 5 days a week working full days. If there was ever a day in the week they couldn’t come in, like for Thanksgiving, they still came that Saturday to help keep the project on time. The only hiccup in the entire project was after they had finished the demo, there was water damage on the exterior wall that neither parties had anticipated. As soon as they found out, Mark met with us and described to us how he’d be able to solve the problem and exactly how it would affect our budget. The entire project stayed on time and within the budget we agreed upon. We had the same crew working on our house every day, so they were able to work efficiently and all of them knew the expectations for the project. My wife and I are both extremely satisfied by the final product, and by the work and conduct of his entire crew. We plan on using Mark for our future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable contractor."
