"Our furnace broke down and we called Absolute Heating & Ventilation. Had to leave a message but they called back in a timely manner. I requested a estimate on a new mobile home furnace because my furnace was way over 20 yrs old. They sent one of their guys out , he seemed quite knowledgeable and gave us a paper with a few options on it, and he answered all questions that we had. Then after we decided to chose them they set up a date and time to put another one in. They sent out two guys that showed up on time and got right to work. First they laid down a blanket that they brought to protect our floor. Which I thought that was quite considerate. One guy worked on pulling out the old furnace and installing the new one, the other guy worked on taking out the old roof jack and installing a new one and he also put in a new thermostat. When they were done they both cleaned up the mess and took our old furnace with them which was a plus for us. It only took them 3-3 1/2 hrs from start to end. They did a awesome job and they also answered all our questions. We decided to wait one week to write a review to make sure everything was working good. Everything is still working great. Thank you Chandler and Tommy you both did wonderful work. And thank you Absolute Heating & Ventilation .We would recommend these two guys and this company to everyone. And the price was cheaper than other places."
