They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We have had Roger out here two summers in a row for central air issues and unlike another larger company in the area, he did not try and sell us on a new unit but found and fixed the issue affordably. They have my trust when it comes to heating and cooling.

The serviceman came, but he called ahead of time to let us know that. We really appreciated that. We wanted to know how soon we would probably need a new furnace. We trust Roger Bouwkamp because he tells us what exactly we need. A few years ago, two other companies told us we needed a new furnace because ours was supposedly on its last leg. Roger came out and discouraged us from doing anything more than a slight tweak to our furnace when he could have tried to sell us a new furnace and air conditioner. We think that Bouwkamp will not try to push anything on us that we don't need. That's worth a lot right there. In addition, he didn't act rushed -- that is, he gave us the time that was needed and answered all our questions.
