Nice people, easy to work with and probably on the better end of pricing, but some of the quality was a bit lacking.  Granted we have an old home so nothing is super easy, but some of the end results weren't quite as good as they could have been and took a long time to finish.

We had our backyard pool replaced which entailed digging up much of the yard. We found after the construction was completed that our electrical line going to the back of the yard was torn and there was no electricity to our out building. I called my traditional electrician, but he was too busy to get to us. I called HiLo. It took them a bit to come over, but once they assessed the damage, gave their recommendations, and we agreed to a plan, we were good to go. They rewired the electrical from our house to our out building 100 yards away and did a top notch job. I've used them ever since.
