They installed a dishwasher for me and it flooded my basement the first time I used it. They came back to fix it and they worked on the wrong part and it flooded my basement again.called them and told them where it was leaking and they said they would come back the following Monday and then they didn't. We had to go to where we bought it at and threaten them several times before they came back and fixed it. But we still need carpet and drop ceiling replaced because of the leak.

Jason replied to my initial inquiry very quickly, and was able to stop by 2 days later.  Our water heater pilot light had been randomly going out, frequently enough to be a significant inconvenience.  He looked it over, describing the possible problems, and replaced the thermocouple.  The heater is 15 years old, so if the new thermocouple doesn't fix it, we will call him back to replace the unit.
He also inspected our gas furnace, which hadn't been keeping up with the thermostat on these last few below 0 degree nights.  I hadn't thought to check the filter, since I had just replaced it last month.  Of course, that is the first thing Jason checked, and it was full of dust from our recent basement remodel.  Fortunately, I had a spare filter, which Jason switched in for me.
I will definitely be calling Jason for any future HVAC needs.

I was able to schedule a visit from Jason at Premier Mechanical within 1 business days.  He arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and patiently explained the mechanics of the fireplace, which I had never understood. He checked both fireplaces and replaced wall switches on both.  He typed and provided a written invoice before departing.  He provided outstanding service and I would definitely recommend him.

Jason was right on time, even despite the inclement weather. He was able to diagnose the issue with my gas insert fireplace and get it operating efficiently. He also took the time to explain to me a few things about by boiler and adjusted my aqua-stat. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to call him in the future.

Jason was prompt and immediately started working on diagnosing the problem. He thoroughly explained what issues were found (apparently common oxidization and voltage problems with gas fireplaces). Provided a detailed computer generated invoice of work performed (has a printer in his business truck!). He was in and out within 30 minutes. Very professional, courteous, and straight-forward. I highly recommend and will call him again, if ever needed for future work.

Excellent work. Jason was on time, had all the material needed for the job plus extras for a few items that arose during the service call, worked very quickly and efficiently. The experience of working with Jason was excellent from the very beginning all the way till he completed the work. He is super professional. My husband made the appointment over the phone and a few days later Jason was at our house fixing a leak in our gas fireplace. He also installed an emergency shut off key. He did an excellent job and walked me through all the work he did. He also explained how the fireplace worked.
I would definitely work with Jason again. It is so refreshing to find someone that is so professional and does a great job.

We woke up and found that we had no heat and needed our furnace fixed immeadiatley due to my husband recovering from surgery. Called around to a few contractors and was told would have to wait awhile or next day for service. Tried Premier Mechanical and explained our situation and they were out that same morning. Jason showed up and was very professional and effiicient. We had heat back on in no time! Our blower motor was out and he replaced it. Before he billed us he showed us exactly what he did and what he was billing us for. I felt I could trust him because he was right to the point and did not try and upsell or pressure to buy a new furnace like others have in the past. Extremely happy with the fast excellent service along with understanding our special circumstances. I would definetly reccomend and use in the future!

I could not be happier with the service I got. From start to finish the experience was positive. Very prompt communications, always punctual, stayed in contact throughout the process, called when he said he would, showed up when and at the time he said he would be here. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service and professionalism. I was really impressed with the service I got from Jason at Premier Mechanical Services. I had called several different businesses to service my fireplace gas insert. They either flat out said they would not service it or it was going to be weeks out to schedule and cost possibly $200.00 for the service call and a $10.00 part. Jason not only promptly made a service call the same day I called, he spent an hour servicing the insert and only charged me $75.00. He was professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to call on Premier Mechanical Services in the future.
