Had and earlier opening then what was scheduled showed up early and got the job done in a quick and professional manner. Great experience and look forward to using this company if needed in the future.

Very fast and professional. Very flexible, I dont get out of work until late and was willing to come help after hours. Explained what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Very friendly.

Arrived 15 minutes after we called.  Got right to work assessing our need.  Took no time at all to figure out what was going on with the A/C unit and had it up and running within a half hour.  Was very courteous and friendly.  Took the time to explain what needed to be done and what was done.  This company will be the one we call for all future heating and cooling issues we have.

I was impressed with his professional demeanor and the ease in which you can talk to. He displays a very keen knowledge of the equipment I have and his service was punctual and complete. While cleaning my system I ask him to check components that are not normally checked (like the internal heating tubes) and he went out of his way to open up the system further and to check and to show me that everything was good to go for this coming Michigan winter. I am planning on using his services again and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and peers.

We had unexpected water on the floor around our furnace. We called Mike Brownlee of Cand N Heating and Cooling and he came over within an hour. He found a problem with the condensate tubing and was able to clean out the line and inspect the furnace. This is our second time using Mike's services and he has been accommodating regarding our schedule both times, and he is very reasonably priced.

I called Cand N Heating and Cooling (Mike Brownlee) out for a second opinion on my furnace. It had been diagnosed as and quot;shotand quot; by another company after I bought a Groupon for cleaning service. The other company wanted close to $5,000 to replace it. Mike checked it out and disputed the other company's claim; he cleaned it again since he said it was still quite dirty and the other company had done a very poor job, if anything, to clean it the first time. Mike tuned up the furnace and matched the price of the Groupon that the other company charged because he said he could tell I had been taken advantage of.

All of the work was done at a moment's notice. Mike made room in his schedule to fit me in because the other company had disconnected my furnace and disabled my thermostat. They even had messed up the wiring on my thermostat so that I would not have heat until I called them back. Cand N Heating found all these problems and got me running again for just the $49 charge.

Mike has obviously earned my future business!

My experience with them was excellent. They were upfront and they wanted to know where I wanted everything located. As far as the outside, everything was clean and the price was perfect. They were quick, responsive and their pricing was good. I will use their services again in the future.

Cand N Heating and Cooling (Mike Brownlee) came and installed the components, he did not replace the lines even though there was two different types of refrigerant and he didn't change his price because he used much less materials and time. The system had a noise outside at the condenser and I repeatedly called and emailed to get him to come back and fix it. He came back once and fiddled with it and said he had to come back. He says he came back again but I was not home to verify it, he said he took off some refrigerant which should fix the noise. Still not fixed. I called and emailed again he agreed to come back, I stayed home from work, he didn't show at agreed time so I called him and he advised he wasn't feeling well but he would be on his way. I waited the rest of the day and he never showed. Over the next two years he never again responded to my calls or emails. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THIS MAN TO ANYONE FOR ANY WORK.

i called there office at 11;30 am. the service man showed up at 1 pm and went through my a/c and had it cooling very well with in 1 hr
