- Gelinas HVACVery well. Needed a water heat within 4 weeks (so I didn't need to buy more oil and it was installed in 10 days from initial contact. Delivery and install timely, professional and they were very careful to manure the water heater carefully through the house and down very narrow basement stairs and around corners. They listened carefully to my requests, confirmed and kept me informed. The install and plumbing was professionally done and quicker than expected considering the running of new copper lines. Re the post below: I also had hot water off the furnace and was planning on shutting the furnace down. They told me they'd leave the furnace connected to make sure everything worked and was running properly because it took 2 hours to get the water to temperature. When you shut a furnace down you should know that it'll take a service call to start it up again. (It's not a car). I shut mine down 72 hours after install and hope to never try and have it restarted! :-) PS Heat pumps rock! My only criticism is they did not tell me anything about the warranty. I already sort of knew but the paper warranty included with the manual would seem to be all you need when you actually have to go online and register it. Some people wouldn't know that. They did explain/show where the filter was and how to clean it. The office staff was helpful even though I called multiple times for info. Like everyone right now they are swamped with calls and new business and short handed at times. Overall ery happy with my choice of companies

Toby coordinated with CMP & the town's code enforcement, directing when power should be off & then back on & doing it all in one day. Weeks later we had an electrical water heater installed & the plumber didn't have the wires/cables needed to finalized the hook-up. Toby came out that night even though he was on vacation & finished the plumber's job so that we could take showers the next day. Highly recommend WireMasters. We wouldn't use anyone else

The first visit was to listen to the dryer and diagnose the problem; he IDed the problem quickly, promised to order the part, and set up a time for the next appointment to fix the dryer. During the 2nd appointment when he had the dryer taken apart he realized that there was actually a second piece that needed to be replaced as well; he fixed this during his 3rd visit. Throughout the process Paul was polite, professional, and punctual. I would definitely work with him again

"They do not replace for like kind. They put the cheapest brand name in regardless of the brand or model number being replaced. This was not explained to me at the time of purchase. When I called and inquired they just said Sorry there is nothing we can do. They charge you 49.99 per month plus a service fee of 55.00 at the time of service. This was not told to me at the time of purchase. Although I had a disagreement with the Company most Home warranty Companies don't even cover the garbage disposal. So all in all I guess this company isn't as bad as I thought. My cost is in line with the other Companies. The biggest issue for these home warranty Companies is hiring a quality Company to do the work to be Contracted.

"I got his number right off of Fujitsu's website. We spoke over email and phone. He came out within a week to discuss options and then a week later the unit was installed. Very fair price and a VERY knowledgable man about the product and technology. Install was fast with his helpers and he left the area clean. I the beginning, he talked me down from a more expensive model, because it would not have been as efficient. Very honest.
