The price was completely reasonable for what he did. I was able to diagnose the problem over the internet and then I called them to fix the issue. He came in and diagnosed it right away. He replaced the part and fixed it 100% according to the internet and the price matched up as well. I did not need a new refrigerator so I was very happy about that.

No response all day to the message we left, followed by several attempts to get through by phone to a live human being, and an eventual admission that they would not be available for weeks. A simple callback would have been nice.
