Excellent! I showed him the electrical mess that was my basement, after having multiple electricians doing bits and pieces over the years. Old house with old wiring and no lights or outlets where needed. He quickly accessed the situation, made some suggestions, and I picked the one I liked. He quickly and efficiently rewired the lights and added some outlets. He answered all my questions about some past wiring done for a generator and gave me some recommendations on what size and features I would need in a generator based on my household. I can now flip a switch and light up the basement without trying to find pullcords in the dark!

Showed up on time, excellent work, professional but also very easy to work with.   Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.  Plan to use him in the future for other electrical projects.

Aside from the fact that Toby is super nice and professional. He did a great job of run cables all over the place! The day he came (which was very quickly after I initially contacted him), he took the time to help me understand several options for the installation and we made decisions together, He arrived precisely on time. spent nearly the whole day on my project, I had a follow-up item, and he was literally back the next day to help with it. I really can't imagine any better experience!

Always ontime. Hard to contact by phone but always answered emails. Very knowledgeable concerning his

trade. Polite and easy to talk to. Had good suggestions in helping to save money. Overall good experience.

I had a little trouble making contact with this provider but got an appointment within a few days of my initial call. My appointment was at the end of the day and unfortunately he was late in arriving from the previous job. I know this happens with end of day appointments so I wasn't too bothered by it.

I've got an old house with wiring done mostly by a prior homeowner. Nothing is ever as it should be and every service professional I've had in over the years has always had "fun" figuring out how and why things were done they way they are. This problem, with two kitchen outlets not working, was the same.  It took about an hour of troubleshooting starting at the poorly labeled panel and eventually using gadget to trace where the whole circuit went (everywhere it turns out!).  The culprit was finally found to be loose connections in a different GFCI outlet in the kitchen. Once found, it was a 5 minute fix.

I got a chuckle at one point - he was really using all of the tools and skills he had to figure out the origin of this problem and at one point I asked him, "So what do we do if you can't figure this out? Just rewire the whole circuit or something?".  His response was, "I always figure it out."  And he did.

I would use this provider again.

It could not have gone better. Toby was here when he said he would be, and he met his price estimate, which was far lower than another electrician we had contacted. He was professional and courteous, and cleaned up every bit of loose wires, sheathing, etc.
Toby's contract came via email, which was very convenient, and his billing is efficient as well. Before he left, he made sure we understood everything he had done, and he marked the circuit breakers as well as the wires coming into them.

The list of projects ranged from replacing broken lights, fixing the garbage disposal, replacing the electrical outlet
for a laundry hook up, replacing/fixing a ceiling fan, etc. The big project was completely replacing the electrical panel which had a build up of water in the bottom of it due to a CMP cable. Toby coordinated with CMP & the town's code enforcement, directing when power should be off & then back on & doing it all in one day.
Weeks later we had an electrical water heater installed & the plumber didn't have the wires/cables needed to finalized the hook-up. Toby came out that night even though he was on vacation & finished the plumber's job so that we could take showers the next day.
Highly recommend WireMasters. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Toby was great. He arrived on time and worked quickly. As soon as he realized the job would take longer than expected he let me know. He even came back to address a potential issue with the bathroom fan at no charge (it turned out that I got the switches mixed up).

They look great. Clean install.

This is about the 4th time I have had Toby do work for me. As always he was prompt, on time, stuck to the estimate and did a fantastic job. With Toby it is like he was never even here and magically everything has been fixed. There is never any mess afterwards the job is always done to top notch standard and Toby is friendly and professional. On a scale of 1 to 10 Toby is a 12.

I'm sure there are several good electricians serving the Southern Maine area.  But it would be hard to imagine finding a resource that would best my experiences with WireMaster Electric.  It felt like having a friend (who also happens to be a master electrician) come over to my house and fix everything up.  Toby is honest, friendly, on-time, fast, and accurate.  He took time to explain how he fixed things and why, but his explanations were quick and to the point.  He was very courteous and friendly to my family.  His work was clean and he left everything in great condition.  He helped me determine fixes that would get us a safe and functional result, while balancing the overall costs.  I really can't say enough.  I've found my electrician, and with this old farmhouse ... he's probably going to be a regular visitor!

The workmanship and materials used were excellent. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price. Toby explained all the work done and was very professional and pleasant to work with. I hope he'll be available to do more work in the future.

We were very impressed with Mr. Gagnon. He was on time and very professional. Joy to talk to, gave me a lot of tips. Highly recommend to others that need generators installed, or any other electrical work done. Everything worked perfectly, and he left the area very clean. Nothing negative to say at all.

Another perfect job. Toby showed up right on time and went right to work. He installed the lights in no time and they are perfect. He had to fish all of the wire from the basement and did it like a champ. The lights are straight, even, and make the new deck stand out. As always Toby cleaned up all the clippings and left the property in premium condition. Thanks again!
