I called Paul yesterday and left a message. He promptly got back to me, had me troubleshoot what might be causing my oven not to work, ordered the necessary part, and came today to repair my oven. I was incredibly impressed how promptly service was provided.

Paul was very responsive in returning my call. He was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of our call. We had to reschedule the day before our appointment and he was very accommodating. He came on time and identified and fixed the problem with 15 minutes. Very friendly too.

It went so well. Mr. Rogers was wonderful: very knowledgeable and professional. I called him at approximately 10AM. He returned my call within one hour and was at the house at 1:30PM. He replaced a door latch on the machine. (for some reason, washers will not spin properly if there are issues with door latches.) After the replacement, the washer still would not spin properly. He advised me that it was better to get a new machine, rather than do a costly repair to the machine's computer motherboard. As a last ditch solution, he advised me to turn off the circuit breaker for the machine and wait one hour to turn it back on. This sometimes clears the computer in the machine and resets it. I did this and IT WORKED!! Very well worth the $82 service call as I did not need a costly repair or a new machine. Highly recommended!!!!

I called in the morning and left a message. Received a call back a couple of hours later. He said he would be to my house about 1 pm. At 12:53 p.m. he called to say he was running a little late but was still here by 1:15 p.m. He quickly diagnosed the problem - bad thermostat - and had the part in his truck. He was done within half an hour. Very personable and professional. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Did an excellent job, he showed up to the house at the exact time of the appointment. The repair work took 2 appointments the first was diagnostic and the second was after the part came in. When he returned and fixed the washer it was right and the cost was under the estamate by about $10. Excellent job

It went excellent as it always does when I hire him to do work on one of my machines. He is very polite and doesn't have any problems with you watching him or asking questions which is nice. He has always been on time and has never not been able to not fix what ever is gone wrong. He is also very quick to answer the call for service. He fixed the hose helped me to get things back in order.
I have since converted over my mother and two of her friends to his service and they have all been very satisfied with his work and are grateful at how nice and polite he is.
His prices have always been very reasonable for what he does.
I would and have reccomended him to anybody that needs appliance service and maintance.

Overall. I couldn't have asked for things to go any better. He was very polite and didn't have any objections to me watching what he was doing and even asking him an occasional question or two. He was a very pleasant man and someone that I would tell all of my family and friends about. The fact that he was able to do it so quickly and didn't have to order the belt which would have taken longer to get it fixed made me a client forever. If I ever had any other appliance break down he would be the first one that I would call. His prices were more than reasonable and his ability to get it done in such a timely manner made it that much better. I have nothing but great things to say about Paul Rogers and his company.

Jim fixed the igniters on the first trip. Then he evaluated the problem with the isemaker which required a new part. We made arrangements to have him return in 2 days with the part and install it, which he did. Everything is working great! I hope nothing goes wrong with any of my appliances again, but if it does, I will definitely call jim!

I called one day, they came the next. When he was about 10 minutes late, he called to say he was on his way (and almost there). He found a loose gasket and fixed it. No parts were needed. He charged the minimum for a service call. Very friendly and polite.

Paul went to her house the same afternoon I called him and got back to me promptly to let me know that the knob needed to be replaced and that he needed to order a part that he could use to make it work as they did not make the replacement knob anymore. Paul went back the next day and fixed the knob...the machine works great again. I would hire him again in a heart beat!

Mr. Rogers advised me not to repair the glass top on the stove as it would be more than the stove was worth, and he told me it was okay to use - not dangerous. I really appreciated that advice, especially the next time I priced my stove at Lowes!

Paul came to my house 3 times to fully repair our dryer. The first visit was to listen to the dryer and diagnose the problem; he IDed the problem quickly, promised to order the part, and set up a time for the next appointment to fix the dryer. During the 2nd appointment when he had the dryer taken apart he realized that there was actually a second piece that needed to be replaced as well; he fixed this during his 3rd visit. Throughout the process Paul was polite, professional, and punctual. I would definitely work with him again.

We have a professional-type stove that is no longer made under its brand name (Dynasty), although a nearly identical stove is available under the Jade brand. The oven stopped working, and all of the repairmen I called (before Paul) refused to work on the stove because they were unfamiliar with the brand. Paul arrived the day after I called him and diagnosed the problem. I ordered the parts from the factory and called Paul when they arrived; he came to install them the next day. He was prompt, professional, confident, and effective. His bill for two house calls and the repair was $80, considerably less than I had expected (or feared). Both for the price and the experience, finding Paul was easily worth the cost of subscribing to Angie's List.
