It took him about 2 hours, he had to take the whole washing machine apart and put it back together. He had great communication.He arrived promptly and was very flexible with working around my schedule. He was very thorough and made sure multiple times everything worked properly. He took his time and did a great job!

Technician was here within the hour. check things over and I was at the store within a half hour. I bought the new machine and it was installed within 2 hours after that.

They are wonderful to deal with. We have been working with Tim there and over the last few years we have purchased appliances and furniture for our entire home. They have always been a pleasure to work with, accomodating, and provide excellent support and deliveries for us. I cannot say that I have ever found a more customer friendly place to buy appliances and furniture. Our neighbors have also used them too. The delivery staff are just a great as their sales staff in Sanford.

Called for price and appointment. They quoted a very reasonable price and got us an appointment very quickly. Service was excellent and they solved the problem. We have not had any issues since.

While their prices are not the lowest, they make up for it in customer service.
They came out several times to make adjustments on the washer and dryer. They did not charge and were prompt and thorough.
They also answered questions on the phone I had about issues with both.The dishwasher was installed well and in a timely fashion

They were on time, the price didn’t change, and they hooked everything up. I didn’t have any issues with them whatsoever. They treated me professionally. I don’t know how their price compares because I own a small business in town so I don’t shop around at the big box stores; I go straight to the other small businesses.
