This is an excellent small business and was very glad I found them on Angie's List. They exceed the big box stores in every way. They have the knowledge and experience that go along with being in business for many years and having employees who cater to this type of work. Their price for the first appliance I was interested in, was by far the best. However, it was out of stock and remained so, but this was not a gimmick. The appliance was just not available, even after he called other dealers. Both times, they recommended an alternative but we wanted to wait. When we finally further researched the alternative and decided to go ahead, his price was slightly higher than others. However, I told him and asked if he could do better, and he did. He matched the price and he also does not charge for take away or installation. The installers were excellent. I was very happy to shop local.

was comparable to the big box stores but with better brands. The delivered and installed them on time, and took away the old appliances. They had to run down to the hardware store for longer hoses. When a week later one of these hoses was defective they came right out and replaced it.|We were very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

They responded to a call on Christmas Eve! It went well.

I have had appliances delivered to a third floor, and the delivery has always been problem free. In addition to delivering the new appliance, they remove the old appliance. All at a minimal cost. They are responsive to my schedule limitations when making appointments for both repair and delivery.

I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing I received from this store as they are not as big as some of the other appliance dealers I dealt with. We contacted Ryan at LPA by e-mail and provided the appliance list that I was seeking pricing for. He not only got back to us quickly, he made sure that he beat all of his competitors to get the sale. The appliances arrived on the date he estimated they would and they were installed just as promptly. In addition, my old appliances were hauled away at no extra cost. He couldn't have made this purchase easier, I never had to leave home to do business with him. I am always in favor of giving my business to the smaller outfit but might hesitate if the expense of doing so is not worthwhile. I highly recommend doing business with LP Appliance. L P Appliance also services most makes and models of appliances so I can continue to do business with them in this manner if needed.

I made an appointment with them. They came out and it took them five minutes to tell me what the problem was. How much better can you get? Then they had to go about the repair. I am very happy because I didn't have to buy a new refrigerator. It cost me $125 for the part they had to replace. They had to come out twice, and it was $75 for each visit. That's the going price. They were punctual, and their quality was very good.
