The only problem I had was scheduling an appointment.  That is the downside of the big deals when it comes to small companies.  They usually have to schedule their own appointments; they usually don't have a secretary scheduling for them.   These guys answer the calls and do the work. I understand it, and would not let it affect the rating.  Yes, it was difficult for me to get an appointment with Honeywell; however, once they came out and completed the work, I was a very satsified customer.

"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. "Each person throughout the journey of the work was spectacular.  I believe they have a jewel in Lisa.  She is so energetic so make sure you are ready for your appointment when she comes.  She took the time to explain things in detail and when she needed an answer for me that she did not have she contacted two managers the evening of the appointment to get an answer for me.  My husband had to help her take some measurements and he did not mind since she was so nice and professional.  I believe one of the manager's name is James that came out to go over my color selection and to obtain the official measurements.  He was kind; he did rush me he allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted.  The men that performed the work did a great job.  There was one glitch in the project but it was all worked out in a matter of minutes.  I would recommend Champion.  I plan on using them for other projects on my "honey do" list.  Well I guess I should call it my "Champion do" list.
